Apartment House Snjezna Kraljica  

Excellent location with a very spacious apartment. Comfortable and whirlpool on the ground floor was a real treat in the evening.

Some areas were a little shabby. Some items needed maintenance or replaced eg shower was almost impossible to use without getting bathroom soaked.

very quiet location in the woods, and alos not far from the city center of Zagreb. We booked an apartment, with big dinning room and well equiped kitch.

The staff is not that helpful. After checked out, my car was stuck in the snow. I asked for help but refused.

Placed in nature on mountain, very quite and peaceful, all designed in wood in rural style. Small Spa zone with sauna and jacuzzi,very nice and not so crowded. Staff is fantastic and very friendly. I'm sure this is not my last time here.

Dinner at the restaurant was horrible like prepared in big hurry. Not much choices regarding meals Poor breakfast Location (Slejme) is very difficult to find via GPS, espeacially during the night and no indicator at all until 30 m before the hotel Distance to Zagreb

The Location on the top of the mountain is amazing. Rooms are big clean and nice Beds are good. Wellness area. Staff is very friendly and allways there to help. I felt very at home in this Apartament House. Waking up in a cloud with sunrays coming through the trees was a beautifull experience. I would love to come back, thank you.

Quite long route up to the hill. Almost 1000 meters. This may be even advantage during winter time, so not a really big isse....

Far away from city center on top of the hill.

Warning!!! Don't book a 3 bedroom apartment. It is located near roof (attic). It's like being in a cage. Terrible sensation!!!!! Too expensive to stay in a cage, detestable!!!

Beautiful mountain scenery, quiet, secluded, great walking trails, friendly / helpful staff, good food, excellent service. Mama's happy, everybody's happy. Above the heat and smog of the city. Great driving road on the way up. All around, it met or exceeded expectations. We made this a last minute booking while traveling in Italy on long term vacation from the USA.

As in many locations, the rooms would benefit from the addition of fans, ceiling or portable, to provide air circulation, especially in the heat of summer.

Wi-fi только в ресторане (в комнатах нет), используется для шумных корпоративов. Не все автобусы доходят до этого отеля. Wi-fi only in the restaurant (in the room is not), is used to busy corporate events. Not all buses reach this hotel.

Stupenda posizione nel bosco con possibilità di passeggiate lungo i sentieri, a 30 minuti dal caos della città, splendido appartamentino con possibilità di portarsi dietro il cane, ottimo confort della struttura, buonissima cucina, personale gentile.

Bereikbaarheid; weg afgesloten, 1 richting verkeer geworden. Vele haarspeldbochten, moeilijk te zien in de avonduren.

Bogato wyposażony, duży apartament, wygodny, bardzo dobra oferta za dobrą cenę. Kto lubi góry będzie to znakomite miejsce na piesze wędrówki. To co dla jednych może być plusem, czyli cisza, mało ludzi, natura blisko wielkiego miasta, dla innych (szczególnie dla podróżujących I potrzebujących jednego noclegu) może być problemem (dojazd z centrum Zagrzebia 40-50minut).

Přespali jsme sice jenom jednu noc (jeli jsme z dovolené), ale bylo nám líto, že jsme nemohli zůstat déle.

Někomu by se nemusela líbit příjezdová cesta (serpentiny), ale my jsme si to užili.

Wunderschön hoch über Zagreb im Wald gelegen, insbesondere im Sommer ein idealer Ort, um vor Hitze und Trubel der Großstadt zu fliehen. Großzügige geräumige Appartements.

В отеле и в окрестностях все великолепно. Никаких претензий нет. Персонал улыбчивый и обходительный.

Дорогу к отелю даже с навигатором найти не возможно. Нет никаких указателей. Вокруг горы ездили в поисках дороги часа полтора. Даже поехали под кирпич. Все время приходилось спрашивать у местных жителей. Дорога в виде серпантина вьется вокруг горы на протяжении 10 км. виды потрясающие, но вы их не увидете, если у вас слабые нервы. Поднимались в гору полчаса.

Sehr schöne Anlage, Zimmer (wir hatten Zi. 4), sehr gross. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Das einzige, was etwas beschwerlich ist, ist der Weg bis zum Hotel. Aber dafür wid man mit schönem Hotel und einer sehr schönen Anlage belohnt. Besonderen Dank den netten Kellnern!

Die Anfahrt etwas zu lang, Wegweiser zum Hotel kaum vorhanden.
