Nice little town, great for a family stay.
Nice little town, great for a family stay. We were there in beg-September - not too crowded, the weather was still very warm and the sea was clean and accessible with rather small but clean beaches. It was a little windy for 3 days. What turned out to be important for us - they have a good emergency room in the middle of the village operating 24/7 (we needed it for my 2yo who fell down and needed a few stitches).

if you want to go from one place to several interesting places in a few days, the accommodation is perfect! From here we went to Split, Trogir, Mostar and the Kravica waterfall. Kastela is a calm but not very interesting small town. Of course, there is also a harbor and restaurants within walking distance of the accommodation, but this was not the point for us.MSzGyöngyiHungary - 10Scored 10
Best host one can ask for.
Best host one can ask for. Very friendly couple and they went out and beyond for us. We became friends at the end of our stay. Best location for easily access to beach , grocery shop,Pharmacy , bus stop and only 3 station away from airport. Highly recommend to everyone.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10

I forgot to add that the beds are quite comfortable with nice , clean and attractive bedding. Coffee on our terrace was a nice way to start our day and a glass of wine on the terrace was a great ending.

Kastela is very accessible by bus, which worked for us.
Kastela is very accessible by bus, which worked for us. Many supermarkets within walking distance. Many beaches within walking distance. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our favorite beach was baletna skola.AndriesGermany - 10Scored 10

Good location between Trogir and Split, nice beaches, nice streets of the towns with restaurants, churches, port - good for walking during the evenings. Good possibilities for various trips - Malacka in Kozjak mountains, 1500 old year olive tree, Biblical garden and more others.AnnaSlovakia
