Convenient parking facilities and a nearby bus stop to the city make these spacious apartments an excellent choice for a visit of Dubrovnik, only 15 km away. The small harbour town of Cavtat itself is a most wonderful place to stay: the palm-lined marina with its many yachts and boats and many restaurants has been my personal favourite town along our 3-week trip down the Adriatic coast. A wonderful place to stay...and very friendly staff!

Our apartment was on the top floor (changed from the one we actually booked) so we had a lovely view towards Dubrovnik. The bus stop was directly across the road making it very convenient for public transport. There was a supermarket a couple of doors away which was very convenient too, as they had quite long hours & were well stocked. It was simply furnished & had the basic equipment for a self-catering apartment. It was clean & well maintained. The proprietor spoke excellent english. For the price it was good value for money & we would recommend it to others. There were a couple of things that should be mentioned: the only english speaking channel on the tv was the bbc News and there is a limit to how much news you can watch. The steep walk back from the beach & restaurants is definitely a challenge but you can catch the bus if you wish. There was no lounge or settee so it was uncomfortable if you were sitting round, you only had the kitchen/balcony chairs or the bed. We were there in early October & already tourist things had started to close up or wind down even though the weather was glorious, so if there are tours or attractions you want to see or do in the area check their operating dates.

Fantastic apartments. Spotlessly clean at all times. Excellent library in the reception - no need to bring your own books. A 5 minute walk from the centre of town and 10 mins from the beaches. Supermarket just a couple of doors away for all self catering needs. Thanks guys...will definitely be back!

Staff helpful and nice. Price. Ok. for 3 persons, not for 4 like our family. Sofa-bed when open is actually in the kitchen-living room so no room for anything. Quite a walk to downtown or the beach. No views from our apartment. Mosquitos in the room.

Nice place. Room cleaning, towels & bed clothes refreshment were provided on a daily basis. Location is really quiet & at the same time it's safe to walk during night time.

The rooms were cleaned everyday. The chocolate on the pillow was a nice touch. Air con in the hall/kitchen a very good idea as it serviced the whole flat. Internet access wonderful. The owner was very polite. We would stay again.

The house is excellent. The rooms are cleaned almost every day and the service is much better than a normal hotel. This apartment is located near the port to go to Dubrovnik and a supermarket and it has a very beautiful view on sunsets.

Регулярная уборка, хорошее оборудование номера. Дружелюбный клиентоориентированный персонал. Находится на дороге и на автобусной остановке, что удобно для заезда на авто и поездок в Дубровник, но шумно.

Хорошая встреча. Хорошо организован трансфер. Отличное обслуживание номеров. Прекрасно, что в отеле есть интернет, сейф. Отлично оборудована кухня. Есть все необходимое кухонное оборудование и посуда. Это просто замечательно. Хорошая информация о Цавтате, расположении пляжей, магазинов, ресторанов и кафе, достопримечательностей. Очень доброжелательные хозяева. Отдых в отеле Bacan Serviced Apartments нам очень понравился. В такой отель хочется вернуться ещё раз. Нам все понравилось.

A estadia de apenas uma noite não permite muitas conclusões, no entanto gostaria de referir a limpeza, o ar condicionado e o quarto de banho amplo. O apartamento aloja perfeitamenete 4 pessoas. O pronto (e personalizado) atendimento apesar da chegada fora das horas de abertura da recepção. O espelho do quarto de banho muito alto para pessoas de estatura média (creio ser um problema generalizado na Cracia, dada a altura média dos locais). O regresso da praia é um pouco cansativo.
