Big room, nice balcony/porch. Very affordable. The owner's are not very accessible, although we had almost no need for them. The location is impossible without a car. No sign marking the entrance so we had to make some rounds to find it.

The staff was very friendly, the apartmant is very close to the sea, which is nice and not crowded at all. Nice and relaxing house in a walking distance from the center.

Accueil sympathique et discret, appartement propre et bien entretenu. Petit balcon pratique pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. La plage et le charmant village de Stobrec se trouvent à quelques minutes à pied. Parking privé OK. Studio un peu exigü si comme nous vous faites un périple de 3 semaines et que vous avez beaucoup de bagages.

La struttura è molto curata, nuova, lo staff è adeguato, parla inglese. La pulizia dentro e fuori le camere è ottima, visti anche gli standard locali. Bellissimo il barbecue disponibile agli ospiti con pompeiana. Li vicino c'è un bar con terrazza sul mare, di fronte panificio locale x brioche, vista mozzafiato. Scoiattoli che scendono dalla pineta e vengono in spiaggia La Spiaggia vicina non è attrezzata ed è sporca, sigarette, resti di cibo , copertoni, non dipende da loro ma.... Un po' di impegno non guasterebbe. Dintorni urbani non curati, ma è la croazia, e quasi ovunque così.

E' un posto dove ci si puo' rilassare. Il terrazzino e' molto carino ed accogliente e la casa e' ubicata come fosse in campagna ed al contempo al mare. Ci ritornerei! L'unica cosa che non abbiamo gradito e' che non ci fosse una finestra nel bagno.

Jauna ēka, viss jauns. To vietu, kur saimnieks sauca par pludmali, par pludmali ir grūti nosaukt, jo lai nokļūtu pie ūdens, ir jākāpj lejā 50-100m pa stāvu nogāzi, turoties pie kokiem un virves un pludmale ļooti akmeņaina...

Appartement viel zu klein für 2 Personen. Angeb. W-Lan war zu 90 % nicht verfügbar. Sat TV bezog sich nur auf kroatisches Fernsehen!

чуть в стороне от основного потока туристов - тишина. уютно, зелено. апартаменты на 4-х человек просторные. свежий ремонт, чисто при въезде. рядом пляж каменистый, а в 10 минутах ходьбы - песчаный. интернет практически не работает. совсем не прибирают во время присутствия гостя. полотенца и постели чистые дают раз в 5 дней. терасса, заявленная как часть апаратментов, на проходе (выход от остальных номеров).

Mooi en ruim appartement, heel netjes. De ligging is wat achteraf, in een rustige buitenwijk. De inrichting van de kitchenette is minimaal.Er is verder niet zoveel te beleven in de nabije omgeving. Maar prima om vanuit de locatie Split en andere bezienswaardigheden te bezoeken. Je moet dan wel over eigen vervoer beschikken.
