The staff was very friendly and spoke English and German. The room was large, very clean and well eqipped! As my room did not point to the street, noise was not a problem. From the other reviews, I had expected a much lower level in terms of cleaniness and kitchen equipment! |

Nice staff, very helpful. Clean rooms, comfy beds. Minimum required for a nice stay. Everything working and in order. Balcony an added bonus! No English was spoken, only German. I speak fluent French and English but basic German so communication a bit difficult. Had there been issues it would have been hard to communicate. (good brush up on my German skills though) |

WiFi works in the room, nice private parking, big terrace and friendly staff (who speak English and German) and big pool. Good location to visit Dubrovnik. The price was a bit too high. It would have been more fair, If a buffet breakfast was included. There are several good restaurants nearby (withing walking distance) that you can have breakfast in. |

Easy to find. Stove and cooler in the room. Access to swimmingpool and free parking. The rooms were small and not of highest standard. The toilet was not fully functional and we were visited by a horde of ants. The beds as well as the surroundings, were quite noisy. |

L'accueil même si l'hotelier ne parle qu'allemand il est très à l'écoute de ses clients, la piscine à débordement et avec bain à remous, le petit déjeuner bien servi, la position stratégique de l'hotel absence de vis à vis, proximités Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Aeroport. Comme dans la plupart des Apartements ou Villas de Croatie la construction n'est pas soignée, manque de finitions, équipement un peu sommaire. |

Cortesia del personale. Comodità di parcheggio. Posizionato sulla strada principale e quindi consente facili spostamenti. Mi è sembrata strana la richiesta di pagamento in contanti anticipato. Il bagno era molto piccolo (anche se pulito). |

Das Haus ist sehr gut gelegen, Dubrovnik ist mit dem Bus oder Taxi super erreichbar, das Hauspersonal ist absolut top und freundlich, das Haus ist sauber! Die Strände in Mlini sind sehr schön, Gummischuhe nicht vergessen wg. der Kiesstrände. Es hat einfach alles gepasst! |

Hotel facile à trouver sur la route vers le montenegro. Piscine et parking suveillé La chambre était sale. La salle de bain n'avait pas été nettoyée (traces d'urine séchée sur la lunette des toilettes). La route fait un vacarme assourdissant obligeant à dormir avec la climatisation. Le propriétaire de l'hotel ne parle pas un mot d'anglais (seulement allemand) mais c'était précisé dans la fiche de l'hotel. |

Le gérant de l'hôtel est très sympa et attentionné. Toujours prêt à rendre service. Calme, à proximité de la ville de Dubrov et aéroport. Le gérant ne parle que croate et allemand et comprend l'anglais mais ne le parle pas. Piscine sympa. |

La piscine, l'accueil chaleureux du propriétaire et sa gentillesse, la proximité de Dubrovnik, les espaces extérieurs (possibilité de manger dans le jardin à différents endroits). Chambre à la décoration vieillotte, pas toujours très propres et peu d'équipement pour manger dans l'appartement ( pas de micro-ondes, peu d'ustensiles et de rangements) |
