Otel sahibi son derece saygısız ve terbiyesizdi.Asık suratlılardı.Kahvaltı berbat ötesiydi.Check out yapana kadar pasaportlarımıza el koydular,ödeme yapmak istediğimiz halde vermediler.Son derece kaba bir üslupla karşılaştık.

It was the worst apartments we stayed in Croatia. We can compare as we've traveled and stayed in seven different apartments during two weeks. The price was 1.5 times higher than we've payed in other very comfortable apartments . We have booked this apart hotel because of its location close to airport. We couldn't sleep at all. The hotel is just near the road, condition is poor and noisy, but the worst thing was the bed with horrible mattress! Next morning we couldn't move! It was the only place where landlords ask to pay in advance immediately after arrival... Now I understand why!

Very dirty, really filthy and miserable facility. Unacceptably expensive for the services provided. It was a very bad initial impression of Croatia. We were very lucky to be able to "escape" after the first horrible night there. There was no warm water, morning or evening, Hopefully we had some soap with us, none was provided by the hotel.We had to share a single bed sheet for a double bed! An unforgettable experience!

The staff was horrible, the room dirty, the location too noisy...the hotel has had its best times...I Wouldn't advise it to anyone

Como hacía mucho calor, agradecimos la piscina, con jacuzzi y todo. La habitación normal-bien, baño regular, sin mampara en la ducha. Con aire acondicionado en la habitación y nevera y cocinita. Parking gratis. Fácil de localizar viniendo de Dubrovnik. Hay un par de anuncios antes de llegar. En la misma carretera-travesía de Mlini. Playa a 5 minutos a pie, al otro lado de la carretera. Bastante amables en general.Hay espacio en la piscina y en el recinto para relajarse un poco.

Sin desayuno. Te pide el dinero nada más llegar. Puedes pagar en euros, pero no con tarjeta., La jefa no habla nada de inglés, pero su hija o nieta hace muy bien de intérprete y otras dos muchachillas también.

Malgres la proximité de la grande route, l'appartement reste calme et agréable. La piscine avec massage est un vrai moment de bonheur. L'accès a la mer reste un peu sportif avec les nombreuses marches et les route a traversée mais faisable.

Le niveau d'anglais quasi nul du personnel.

Accoglienza pessima. Solo dopo lunga discussione con la direzione della struttura ci è stata assegnata una camera idonea come da nostra prenotazione. Inizialmente ci volevano destinare una camera per 3 persone e non per 4; organizzando il 4° posto letto alla bene meglio su un divano letto. La camera era poi mal tenuta con finiture rotte e senza aria condizionata a differenza di quanto descritto nel sito. Abbiamo avuto l'impressione di essere imbrogliati, tantè che ci fu richiesto anche il pagamento cash prima di entrare nell'appartamento. Per fortuna ci rifiutammo. Pulizia carente. La doccia perdeva acqua.

La proximidad de la playa, y la piscina

La señora no hablaba inglés, solo croata. Imposible hablar con ella!!!Nos quejamos que la tele no iba, que la luz de la terraza estaba fundida y no hizo nada para solucionar. Solo encogia los hombros..La cocina bastante justa en utensilios..

Proximité de Dubrovnik, jardin aménagé de l'hotel.

Etroitesse de la chambre.Froideur du patron. Saleté de la piscine et de la chambre. Situé au bord d'une nationale très bruyante. Air conditionné bloqué au niveau minimum.
