The owners are great, helpful and very friendly people. They sat down with us when we arrived and gave us a good introduction on what to do on beautiful Korcula. This turned out be very good advice as we found beautiful, isolated beaches we could have all to ourselves (probably partly because we came outside the most busy season, but still)... The rooms are also nice, all with good views of the area, but most of them shielded from the sun. But with the pool area, you do not really need a sunny balcony. The kitchenette and local store allows you to make meals, if you want to stay in. Korcula is much more than just the town, and this place allows you to have a good place of departure to discover the island. Highly recommended.

As long as you are aware that it is situated outside the city of Korcula (7 mins drive), then you are fine. You might want to rent a scooter when you arrive or have a car available to take full advantage of the beautiful island. It is a great place to have as a base for a shorter or longer stay in the island. You can get a bus from the place to the city or get a taxi for around 100 kuna.

Owner was very friendly and accommodating and the pool (with view!) was most enjoyable. Great views from our balcony too. There is a small market at the end of the driveway, across the street, with a limited selection of the basics.

Driveway is very steep, as commented on by others, but it's nothing you can't manage if your car has a 1st gear (and is not too big).

Apartments Grgic was the perfect base for exploring Korcula. The owner was lovely, friendly, helpful and accommodating - she even picked us up from the ferry the day we arrived and dropped us off when we left. We had a private balcony with a beautiful view of the hills and nearby bays. The kitchenette was convenient for making our own meals when we felt like it. The pool was very clean and there were plenty of reclining sun beds for relaxing, reading etc. Location is great, far enough from the hustle and bustle of the Old Town but still just a 10 minute drive away. It is walking distance to a grocery shop and two great restaurants. Close to beaches. Bus stop just at the door.

Very convenient location, close to town yet very quiet and relaxing. Good space and facilities. As previous reviewer said, the outside area and barbecue nice to use. Shower particularly powerful! Ante and family were very helpful. Unlike some apartments that advertised WiFi, the WiFi here really worked reliably throughout our stay. Pleased to recommend this apartment.

I liked very much the beautiful environments, the view from the veranda, the calmness and the very helpful and hospitable hosts!

De appartement van Grgic zijn goed gelegen, met een zwembadje waan je je in het paradijs. De dame is ook enorm vriendelijk en gastvrij, zeker een aarader als je Korcula wil bezoeken!

Sehr bemühte Besitzer, ausführliche Information beim Ankommen, größeres Apartment als gebucht bekommen, da es frei war.

Blick dreiseitig auf Dauerbaustellen der Nachbarhäuser, nicht so wie am Bild im Internet dargestellt. Liegt in Wohngebiet, nicht in der Natur. Pool ist klein und hinter dem Haus. Zufahrt für jedes normale Auto unzumutbar steil, man macht sich den Unterboden kaputt. Apartment in sich verwinkelt, Schlafzimmer nur mit Dachluke, kein angenehmes Wohngefühl

La subida al apartamento. Si no tienes coche no es buena opción. La relación calidad-precio. Es un sitio muy bueno pero un poco caro. La piscina es prefabricada pero hay hamacas y una ducha genial

La rampa di accesso al parcheggio della struttura è molto ripida e l'immissione nella strada pubblica non soddisfa I criteri di sicurezza.

Propriétaires accueillants et volontaires pour donner des conseils, de l'aide. Rien à redire sur la propreté et le calme. La petite piscine est un plus.

Un seul commerce à proximité qui n'est pas à conseiller sur les produits frais!

L'accueil est très agréable, la propriétaire très serviable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'appartement spacieux et la vue magnifique. Super adresse !

Nous avions un appartement simple mais bien équipé et avec une double vue Mer très agréable. Nous avons eu un excellent accueil attentionné et la maitresse de maison nous même offert quelques unes de ses spécialités maison (confiture, olives et algues comestibles : Une adresse que l'on recommande sans hésiter !
