nice people great location

tiny bathroom, lacks good vent could be bit cheaper hard to get in with big suitcases: its in an old tenement house with steep and narrow staircase.

We had the apartment at this address: Frane Alfirevića Street number 11, third floor. It is quite spacious, we were only two people, but the place could fit 6. There are two rooms, one with two single beds, and another with a double bed. In the living room there are two sofa beds. There is also a fridge, kitchen, working washing machine plus washing powder, hair dryer, and balcony for hanging out your clothes. There is free WiFi, and also satellite television. It is a short walk from the bridge that connects to Old Town. Tea told us all about good places to eat and places to visit. She is very friendly. You can easily join a tour to go see the Plitvice Lakes National Park (1.5 - 2 hours bus ride each way), and also a ferry to see the Kornati Islands. If you go pass the bridge, there will be stalls with information.

It was a little hard to find first time around, and it would be a bit terrible if you were driving there, because there's hardly anywhere to park. If you have a working smart phone, typing in the address into maps is the best way if you weren't taking a taxi.

6 floor killed me when i climbed with my big luggage!

The Apartment was renovated one year ago, and it seemed as it is a brand new home. The rooms were very comfortable and we felt really at home. The apartment was very clean.

Good location, Close to busstation, Good furniture bed etc.

No sea view (or you have to stick your head out the window), Early check out (most appartments dont have check out time), Lot of noise (The bells of the churches etc. make you crazy on sundays, noise of neightbours and street noise).

Everything was nice. Very comfortable, clean. There is washing machine. Kitchen is fully equipped. Big bed. Fresh bedding. Nice interior design. Balcony.the appartment is located in the historical center, but the building is rather new and comfortable. The owner is very friendly.

There was not free parking, but for the appartment, located in the historical center it was expectational

Very clean and modern everything was new but the outside of the building is really really bad. They should try to paint it or something. Don´t get scared. Inside is totally different.

Right in the center in front of the church and two steps away from the port.

Of the eight hotels/B&B's I stayed at on my recent vacation, this lodging option was my favorite. It is nicely decorated, super clean and offers a great location. I highly recommend it.

The only complaint is the lack of hot water. The hot water tank only provides enough hot water for one shower. Unfortunately, there was two of us staying there.

The appartment is ideally situated in the heart of Zadar, just next to the old Forum (nice view) and the sea wall. It is clean and functional.

It is said that the apartment has a balcony and a sea view. It is true but the balcony faces a crappy building courtyard (not the sea) and the sea view is possible from the front windows, although you have to be a very good contortionist.

This aparmen was in the middle of the old town of Zadar. The view from this location was excellent and every facility were easily accessible. The comfort of the aparmen fulfills all needs. I can recomend for anybody who prefers aparments.

Very modern apartment, excellent value for money

It is just in the middle of the town. Está exactamente en el centro.

I am glad I read the reviews about meeting at one location then the apartment being in another as I would have been anxious. However it is a really good idea. The apartment was so much more than expected and good value for money, we kept extending our stay

Could not figure out how the washing machine worked

The owners were very friendly and welcoming, doing all that they could to help us. When we arrived they had guidebooks for us and talked us through the area and answered questions. The appartment was very clean and spacious. The location was excellent, very close to the waterfront and very easily accessible to the historic town.

When we arrived at night the road didn't look nice as there was grafitti but it was actually a very nice safe neighbourhood.

It was a nice clean and modern apartment, just a short walk from the old town. Highly recommended!

This apartment is great for a family with all amenities and quite close to the Old City. By the way, Zadar is also lovely to visit.

"Apartments In/Around Town Center" is a set of different apartments located in different places. Our apartment was big (70m2), clean and fully-equipped, it even had a plasma television. It’s an apartment located in an ugly area (Frane Alfirevica 11 street). It seemed a very bad area but we didn’t meet any bad people. It’s near to the harbor where a lot of excursions depart and close to the old town, which is very helpful. The staff is very nice and explained to us all we needed to know about Zadar. There are parking places in the street for free.

However, the cook didn't work and we couldn't cook anything. The mattresses weren't very good either.

Everything there was excellent: the location just in fornt of the sea organ, the guy that received us and explained us where to go, everything was new, really clean and comfortable.

The apartment is in the center near the most famous monuments we could even listen the sea organ.

For 6 persons the apartment with an extra bed is a little small, apropriate for 4 persons.

We stayed at Frane Alfirevica 11 which is located near the harbor. Appartment is on the third floor with a small shop only 2 houses down the street. We were met by a lovely young woman who explained everything about the appartment and the sights to see around town. The washing machine was broken and she came by to pick up our laundry and did it for us at no extra cost. This is what I call service!!! Same with the internet, the next day the cable guy came in and fixed the problem in 5 min. I can recommmend this appartment without any reservations.

The location was great - we were right in the centre of the town.

We booked and received confirmation of a specific apartment but when we arrived in Zadar and met the lady, she had allocated us to another apartment. The one we had booked had sea views and the one in which we stayed only had views of an over-grown garden filled with cats! Not what we were expecting. I would like to actually be able to stay in the apartment that we booked.

Our apartment was set in Frane Alfirevica street, literally facing the Old Town (5 minutes walk away). The household was a shabby, communist- looking one, but the apartment inside was lovely: big, perfectly clean, in good working order, with air-con and free Wi-Fi. The manager was simply great: I was looking for a taxi ride to Split and he took care of everything, looking for the best deal and keeping me constantly updated. Great value as well: for the regular price of a hotel double room the apartment could easily fit 6 people (2 bedrooms plus a large sitting room with two daybeds). Definitely recommended.

Great location. The owner was wonderful in providing information about the area. Apartment was simple but clean. Very comfortable. Zadar was very nice to be able walk around at night and so peaceful. A great way to start a vacation. This is one city I will return to. Easy access to all sights and restaurants. Street noises were not loud for a city. I would stay here again. Everything about the apartment was clean and neat.
