Great location with sea view from balcony. Comfortable well equipped apartment. Helpful and friendly owner.

Wonderful location with amazing views of the bay. Very friendly welcome - including a welcome drink ! Lovely apartment with everything needed for our comfort. Having stayed in Cavtat several times in the last few years, Miljas put all the others to shame. We have already booked to go back in June ! Also liked the fact that parking was on site, and the apartment easy to drive to. Bit of a hike up from the town centre, but good exercise and easily manageable by a couple of old crocks !! Would very highly recommend...

Very hospitable and friendly hosts. Quite spacious appartments and a very nice view from the balcony. Rooms are located in a very comfortable way so that neighbors do not mingle or hinder each other. All our family members are very satisfied! Thank you, dear Katica and Perica!

Just one tiny minus: if you have to walk towards the apartments from the center of Cavtat, there's a heavy gradient from the center upwards to the appartments. On the other hand, the bus stop is very close.

Great location close to everything in Cavtat; you can relax and enjoy the views - perfect sea view; comfortable fully equipped apartments with all facilities; excelent, very helpful and very friendly owners who made feel us at home, perfect treatment! Katica&Perica you made our staying absolutely fantastic!Thanks for everything, we would definitely come again!

Easy access to town centre, beaches, airport. Also to bus-stop for Dubrovnik (30 metres) and supermarket (200 metes).

Our rooms were big and cozy. The view from the balcony was great, over the lower Cavtat and the sea. We had a warm welcome with a beer and wine on the house.

Nothing really to complain, but heating could have worked better and there is no air outlet in the bathroom, which means the window should be opened even during the winter time if shower is used.

Останавливались всего на одну ночь, выбрали виллу в связи с максимальной близостью к аэропорту Чилипи(Дубровник). Довольно комфортное размещение по очень привлекательной цене, замечательная гостеприимная хозяйка, наличие интернета и мини-кухни в номере. Заказали трансфер в аэропорт у хозяев, очень удобно и совсем не дорого, всего 10 евро. Магазин находится в 5-ти минутах ходьбы от виллы. Относительно пляжа и прочих летних аспектов ничего сказать не могу, останавливались зимой, но вид на побережье из нашего номера(№5) открывался просто потрясающий!

Было ощутимо холодно, т.к. останавливались зимой, но попросили обогреватель у хозяев и сеяли эту проблему.

Tout était parfait. Chambre très bien, calme et proche du centre ville et bord de mer. Accueil chaleureux avec de nombreux conseils.

Apartamentos grandes y económicos

Accueil très sympathique. Rapport qualité/prix interessant. 5-10 min à pieds du port (centre de Cavtat) et des plages.

Confortável, bem equipado, espaçoso. Proximidade do aeroporto de Dubfovnic (5m).

Dificuldade em localizar os apartamentos, muito mal sinalizado.

המקום נמצא 3 ק״מ משדה התעופה בדוברובניק, בקרבתו יש מסעדה, במרחק הליכה 5 דקות בערך או נסיעה למטה ישנו נמל עם חנויות, שווקים,ומסעדות. מהנמל ניתן להפליג לטיולים מאורגנים, בחנויות ניתן לקנות בעיקר תכשיטים, מזכרות, ותיקים( לא מומלץ לנעול עקבים הרצפה עשויה מאבנים מחליקות). המקום נראה יותר טוב במציאות מהתמונות באתר, בכל חדר ישנה מרפסת לכיוונים שונים, ישנו מטבח מאובזר בכלי מטבח חדשים, החדרים נקיים מאוד, האווירה נעימה, הנוף יפה, ישנו פן, בעלת הבית נחמדה, ויש אינטרנט.

Man hat einen phantastischen Blick über die Bucht bis nach Dubrovnik. Das Apartment ist großzügig geschnitten und die Vermieter waren überaus freundlich.

Cavtat liegt in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens. Allerdings kommen pro Stunde ca. zwei bis drei Flugzeuge an, also nicht wirklich eine Belastung.

The view from the rooms on the upper floors is magnificent!

Alt var I top, super god og meget ren lejlighed hvor der var alt hvad man behøver. Fra vores altan havde vi den skønneste udsigt over havet og bjergene og kunne sidde og nyde den smukke solnedgang.Lejligheden ligger fint centralt, kun 5 minutters gang ned til byen. Men det bedste var ejeren Katica's gæstfrihed og hjælpsomhed - man følte sig virkelig velkommen.

Intet negativt at sige om lejligheden

Lovely view from the balcony, having air conditioning was excellent and a must in the summer months. Friendly owner and picked up and returned us to the airport for the same cost of a taxi.

Beware of the steep walk from the harbour up to the apartments if you are not that mobile!

The accommodation was a 7-minute drive from the airport. We arrived at 2:00 am and the owner was waiting for us with a smile. She was very nice and helped us a lot (she even called Dubrovnik guesthouse owner and informed her that we were on the way). The place was clean and neat, with a beautiful view. Room has a new kitchen, and internet connection. Very nice town, near the port.
