When we arrived, I found the apartment to be dark and unwelcoming, with
little natural light. The sea view we had paid extra for turned out to
be a partial sea view and not the panorama we had expected.
Additionally, we had asked for a child's cot for our 10 month old
baby, which was not there when we arrived at 3 pm. We were told it would
be there within the hour but by 6.30 pm it had still not arrived and it
took another phone call for it to be produced. We also felt the
apartment was not that clean and had to ask for it to be cleaned. The
dishwasher did not work, the fridge leaked and waste water came up
through the overflow in the bathroom floor, single sheets on a double
bed. I would not return to this apartment.
Proximity to Cavtat village was excellent, only about 100m to the local
bakery, supermarket, restaurants, sea front etc., although be warned it
is up a steep hill, with steps up to the apartment. The shower was
excellent also. Towels were plentiful and changed midweek.
