Apartments Oliveto  

The host Manuella was so friendly and helpful, feel like we've made a friend! Istria is lovely, small enough to get around with amazing food and pristine coastline.

Manuela, the owner was very helpful and provided us with lots of useful information regarding the area. The apartment is centrally located, close to shopping, bakeries, and the sea. The private parking was handy as Medulin was very busy when we visited. The apartment is above a pizzeria but you would never know it, very quiet in the apartment. The air conditioning worked well for the main living area however the children's room didn't cool off as well.

Manuela our host could not have been more helpful and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is well furnished especially the kitchen area. We really needed for nothing. The balcony had a lovely view of the tiny harbour and we were not troubled by the music from the bar. The air-conditioning unit was excellent. The apartment is located near many great restaurants. I would definite recommend a stay in any of the apartments. Manuela takes a lot of personal pride in ensuring her guests are well catered for.

Did not realize at time of booking that ther was a restaurant downstairs in the same structure. It came handy at dinner time so we could grab a take away pizza. Still it could be slighly noisy after 11pm. The appartment was well equipped and lovely decoreted with the theme of the flat itself which was lavender.

Nice staff, nice view and enjoyable apartment

We loved this place and Manuela. She goes above and beyond to be sure you are happy there. We had air conditioning, which is not always the case in Europe. The only suggestion I would make is to put darker curtains on the windows or blinds to keep the early morning light out and have a fan in each bedroom. A fan helps keep out the street noise. I am a lite sleeper and need the noise. The apartment is small by American standards but really all you need, because you don't spend a lot of time in the apartment. We had a 17 year old with us and could have still slept 2 more people in the apartment as the couch pulled out too and one room had two twin beds together so you could always separate them. The beds were big and comfortable. We would love to go back here one day if we have time before we move back to the states next summer. I highly recommend staying here. You have parking and you are right near the promenade and can walk to the local beaches or small amusement park if you have small children. There is also a grocerty store nearby and atm and money exchange place. We did find out that most shops in his area only take cash - no credit card. Most took either Euro or Kuna. That was a bit frustrating as people do not usually travel with large sums of cash - just to dangerous. The local restaurants did take credit cards.

The shower drain didn't drain very fast so you had to be sure not to overflow it. Other than that it was all good.

Can't explain to you how nice and accommodating the owners are. THey definetly go above and beyond to make your stay as great as possible. The only way I can describe it is I felt like I was visiting old friends, or family staying at Apartments Oliveto. If you want to stay in a great location choose here...its steps away from the water and you have a great view. This was hands down one of my favorite trips and largely because of how nice and welcome they made me feel

Het complexje is mooi gelegen en de eigenaresse is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De pizzeria beneden was al dicht, we hadden daar duur geen last van.

de badkamer rook af en toe. Volgens de eigenaresse wist niemand hoe het verholpen kon worden.

La familiaritá dell'ambiente. La simpatia e gentilezza e la disponibilitá di Manuela. Come detto da altri sembrava di essere a casa di vecchi amici. L'appartamento arredato con gusto e ricerca dei particolari. Non ho mai soggiornato in un appartamento con una cucina cosi ben accessoriata. Appena arrivati ci siamo accorti che non c'era il microonde ed il giorno stesso i proprietari ci hanno prestato il loro privato. La vicinanza alla promenade. Il parcheggio privato e la pizzeria sotto casa. Lo consiglieró sicuramente!!

Ad essere pignoli, l'unica cosa che potrebbe mancare in un appartamento cosi ben accessoriato, é la zona refrigerata nel frigorifero.

Padrona era molto simpatica, gentile e disponibile. Ci ha permesso di apprezzare uno spettacolo di teatro(ISTRA INSPIRIT) all'aperto sul spiaggia di penisola. L'apartamento è carino. Attrezzatura era molto completa. オーナーが非常に親切でお勧めスポットを沢山紹介してくれた。特にistra inspiritというビーチを舞台に古代ローマの演劇の催しは非常に興味深かった。部屋は非常に可愛らし- くて調理器具その他の用具も品上に充実していた。

Il piano cottura era un po devole e sono le 2 fuochi(nell'apartamento per 2 persone) . キッチンのコンロの火力が弱かった。

Nous avons été accueillis par la propriétaire de façon très agréable et en français. Nous avons été changés d'appartement pour un plus petit, mais cela s'est fait sans problème et celui que nous avons récupéré était décoré avec beaucoup de gout. Le bâtiment est bien insonorisé et nous n'avons pas été gêné par le bruit du café en dessous, pourtant ouvert tard dans la soirée.

Le bâtiment est installé dans une station balnéaire très populaire; Pour se baigner, il faut aller loin dans un camping et trouver un peu d'espace libre sur la côte!

Lekkasje i aircondition. Jentene fikk seg en litt ufrivillig dusj på natten

In 1 woord geweldig: leuk en vrolijk appartement. Alles erg netjes en de gastvrouw was super vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam. Medulin ook een leuk plaatsje om te verblijven.

A szállás kényelmes volt, a tulajdonos pedig kifejezetten vendégszerető, nagyon jól éreztük magunkat.

La gentilezza senza eguali della signora Manuela, la pulizia, il gusto nell'arredamento dell'appartamento, la posizione. Ci tornerei immediatamente..Appartamento consigliatissimo!

Prijemna majitelka, ktora byva priamo v objekte, reagovala promtne na vsetky poziadavky. Vkusne zariadenie izieb, primerane vybavenie kuchyne - nasli sme vsetko potrebne.

Cesta v bezprostrednej blizkosti.

De gastvriendelijkheid is erg goed.

Het appartement ligt uitstekend aan het water onder het appartement ligt een pizzeria die vanaf 8.00uur s'morgens de radio aan heeft en gaat uit rond 2.00uur s'nachts.Buiten op het balkon kun je genieten van de muziek!! Dus uitgaan in Medulin erg geschikt.
