Very central and convenient location, lovely apartment, great staff, friendly and professional. Good kitchen facilities and comfy beds.

Limited hot water, several cold showers during our stay. Interrupted sleep due to other house guests and loud groups below on the street through the night. Recommend ear plugs, was ok when we used them. Several flights of stairs, no lift. We really enjoyed our stay despite the negatives mentioned.

Great location, characterful apartment, plenty of space.

The beds weren't very comfortable and the floor was a little dusty.

Great location and lovely, cozy apartment. The owner, Peter, was extremely helpful in providing historical and practical information and suggestions for our stay.

At first some confusion about location (I had an address that linked to the reception further up the hill). It turned out that the building itself is on the best location in town. Apartment was clean.

If you travel with very small children you have to watch out because the apartment has two floors and the open stairs in the middle can be a bit dangerous.

An extraordinary bargain. A hidden-away treasure, at the heart of the old city yet secluded. Pero met our car, took us to parking, kept the next-door (and excellent) restaurant open late for our dinner, and gave us invaluable tips about laundry, bus schedules, and all. All of Croatia has been wonderful, but Pero's place and the Dubrovnik surroundings are the best.

This location would be impossible for a person with physical limitations--- more than 100 steps down the narrow street from parking and some 25 steep steps inside to our delightful garret room.

you wont get a more central location with these apartments. you walk outside your door and are in the heart of the town centre. lots of space and very well stocked with kitchenware, towels, cutlery etc. even though it overlooks the square we didnt find it very noisy at night. supermarket close by. Antun, who showed us to the apartment was very kind and helpful. I would stay here again if I visit Dubrovnik and would recommend the apartments to others. we stayed in Apartment No: 2.

We really liked our apartment and no problems overall. More of a budget location than luxury accomodation but really really nice.

The location was just perfect and the apartment was very nice. I could very well recommend it. As it was very rainy then I thought the apartment might be cold but no, it was warm and cosy.

Only drawback was the bell/clock towers nearby with a loud ding-dong sound every hour, even during the night. But we slept well however.

Pero was waiting for us at the apartment and made sure we had everything we need, he also helped us to return our rented car and drove us back to the city. The apartment has views to the main street, its in an autentic croatian building and has everything you need.

A fantastic apartment in the old town, right on the Stradun, so a fabulous location. And the apartment has so much history. Very comfortable and well appointed, and very attentive and friendly owners. We would not hesitate to recommend this wonderful apartment.

Location Comfort

Pero who is the owner of the hotel was very kind man, he was very helpful. I can recommend this hotel to everybody, Rooms are very romantic and nice. Location was perfect.

The shower was a bit uncomfortable because when you start to take the shower water is hot but after 10 minutes water is getting cold, pero told me that the heating water place is small so when it is empty it has to be refill again. The other thing which I didn't like is the bed, it was 2 beds and they put together, it was not a French Bed so it was uncomfortable, I can't imagine the people go there for honeymoon and sleep on different beds but they pu together.

Fantastic location, comfortable and spacious apartment. However nothing can beat the amazing view!

This is a lovely apartment, which is about 30 seconds walk to the main street in Dubrovnik. The apartment is comfortable, very clean and in an old style building. Is is extremely handy for a visit to Dubrovnik, as the city is on your doorstep. It is also just about one minutes walk to the harbour.

I had no idea where it was located and was happily surprised with its location within the old city wall. We loved being on the main walkway and being able to open the shutters and enjoy the music and life below us. Then at bedtime we closed the shutters and all was silent. The apt. was centrally located for many activities. The apt. was roomy and provided all the luxuries of being at home. The owner was accommodating and met us ahead of time so we could deposit our luggage early. We thoroughly enjoyed the apt. and the location There was a store and a bakery nearby and many restuarants. The night life of the old city made this apt. location excellent.

The only drawback was the clothesline. I wasn't able to reach it. It dropped too far below the window.

Only the location which is fantastic!

The apartment itself, which is tiny and uncomfortable, the building which needs repairing and the fact guests have no support at all from the owner or whoever is in charge.

The apartment was in an amazing location, right off of Stradun! The room wasn't the biggest we stayed in during our holiday but it was big enough, clean and well equipped. The owners were lovely and very helpful. The arranged a transfer from the airport for us (at a competitve cost) and then excorted us to our accomodation which saved the hassle of trying to locate it in Dubrovnik's old town streets. They recommended a restaurant and were very firendly. The cost of the apartment was higher than that to stay outside of the old town but that is to be expected and the location was brilliant for the money we paid! Recommended and would stay again.

The staff were really great: met us to take us to the apartment, showed us great sites to see and recommended some great restaurants. The recommended restaurants were our favorites of the trip! Room was clean and basic; a/c worked great.

The address we were told on booking.com did not match the address where we stayed. We called the phone number on arrival, met at a certain spot, and were taken to the apartment, but it was a different address. This didn't bother us because it was a better location, but I would have been quite upset if it went the other direction.

Almost everything. It was perfect except for the stairs.

The stairs leading up to the apartment building, on street Zudioska were very steep. Out of breath every time we walked home.

The staff are excellent! Good communication before we arrived in Dubrovnik, and we were collected at the airport by one of the staff members in his own car, as we arrived very late. We were then guided into the city walls by a local who spent some time with us telling us about the apartment, the nearby services and attractions. Gave us a map, and we're generally very helpful. Apartment was clean, comfortable and had the most amazing view overlooking the main street. Loved our stay here!

Not a negative, but be aware that you are asked to clean the apartment when you leave (cleaning products are provided, and it is not very big so doesn't take long to clean)

The location is a must! Best possible place inside the walls in Dubrovnik, in a very old renewed building, very cool!

Nothing, everything was great. The only thing to think about before staying there is that you have to walk a bit with your luggage and also go up a few stairs with it (there is no elevator), so if traveling with a lot of luggage, be aware of that.

Great location. You are in the heart of the tale, history, holiday called Dubrovnik. There was one night, tired, so that no noise did not stop us sleeping. Wi Fi catches bad, but we did not need it.

We enjoyed our stay in Dubrovnik immensely and felt welcomed immediately by Peter. We were travelling as 3 couples so were able to have the entire Pavisa to ourselves so it really felt like home! The location was fantastic ... within the walled city and added to our experience there.

the location is perfect, in the center of the main street. :)
