Apartments Pical  

great location, close to beach and town. Apartment was bacic but had everyting we needed and was very clean and tidy.We also had use of the hotel facilities great value for money

The cost and the views

We were not in the hotel but the "apartments". While they were relatively large they also had bars on the windows and if they had been in the old East Germeny I would expect them to be describe as concentration camps

I liked the location, the atmosphere in the apartments, the proximity of the old town, swimming pool (especially children), a nice clean beach with a children's corner and playground. Rooms are comfortable and cool even in extreme heat. The kitchen has everything you need. Near the reception there is the market. Our family is generally very happy with our stay.

No cleaning in the rooms during the stay (just before you arrive). No tv in the room.

Actually they put s into adjoining hotel at same rate. Excellent breakfast... The roo the gave us was in the lower floor but it was fi.ne for our one night stay.

The apartments and hotel were about 3pm from where the ferry came in. As we had bikes and light was fading it was hard to find. Could have got a taxi instead.

silent and sea

We like the prices, the situation, and no noises!

The price is quite not expensive so nothing is unfair.

Functional apartment layout with large porch, moderate sized bedrooms and nice bathroom. Lots of furniture (good for familys). Well equipped kitchen but no coffee brewer. Short and pleasant walk to a nice semi- private beach (no charge), convenient parking, 1.5km to old town and the ferries.

Our apartment needed a good cleaning (not loose dirt and dust, but grime that has accumulated over the years). There's no a/c so the furnishings have a slight musty smell. Kitchen cabinets had mold. No WiFi at the apartment. The WiFi available in the hotel lobby (hotel Zagreb) was weak and slow. IPads won't connect.

Alte Möbel, eisklat wir hatten 7 Grad im Zimmer und keine Heizmöglichkeit

Prijazno osebje. Odlična hrana. Super lokacija.(bližina mesta, tržnice, plaže, kolesarske poti, tenis igrišč...) Čisti prostori in okolica.

buona la posizione, appartamenti grezzi ma sufficentemente attrezzati,buona la pulizia.

Gli appartamenti sono è vicinissimi al mare e quindi puo' essere l'ideale per una cavanza al mare....noi siamo andati ad aprile la serata era abbastanza umida e fredda e I ns amici che hanno dormito nella stanza da letto hanno avuto freddo perchè nella loro stanza non c'era un condizionatore di aria calda; mentre noi che abbiamo dormito nella prima stanza dove c'è l'angolo cottura avevamo il condizionatore e quindi siamo stati bene.

La sera quando siamo arrivati all'ndirizzo di destinazione, l'hotel Pical era chiuso e non era stato lasciato nessun meaasggio di avviso . Poi ci abbiamo chiesto al un altro albergo vicino che, dopo essersi informato ci ha riferito che a casua di poche prenotazioni tutti I clienti erano stati dirottati su altri appartementi chiamati pica e peranto ci siamo recati da quest'ultimo ed hanno provveduto a sistemarci con educazione e gentilezza.

Buona la pulizia anche se in contesto un pò spartano
