Very old fashioned. Not too friendly staff and not very clear

Actually they put s into adjoining hotel at same rate. Excellent breakfast... The roo the gave us was in the lower floor but it was fi.ne for our one night stay.

The apartments and hotel were about 3pm from where the ferry came in. As we had bikes and light was fading it was hard to find. Could have got a taxi instead.

It's location (near both to the sea and city center) and cheapness.

No microwave oven :(

the apartment is very near to the beach and we could access also the pool in the hotel Zagreb, next to the apartment. We could enjoy both during our stay. the room was clean.

Facilities and building were very old. the apartment did not provide laundry machine and Laundry service was very expensive.

Totally simple, confortable rooms. Location also good.

Close to city, 10 min walk. Close to the sea. Good service at the reception.

No aircondition, the apartment needs upgrade by painting and so on. The bathroom very fair

Functional apartment layout with large porch, moderate sized bedrooms and nice bathroom. Lots of furniture (good for familys). Well equipped kitchen but no coffee brewer. Short and pleasant walk to a nice semi- private beach (no charge), convenient parking, 1.5km to old town and the ferries.

Our apartment needed a good cleaning (not loose dirt and dust, but grime that has accumulated over the years). There's no a/c so the furnishings have a slight musty smell. Kitchen cabinets had mold. No WiFi at the apartment. The WiFi available in the hotel lobby (hotel Zagreb) was weak and slow. IPads won't connect.

Very good location, only two minutes walk from the beach.

Nothing good at all to mention !

Awfully ugly, old-fashioned, tasteless apartments. No comfort at all: no tv, no radio, no airco, no storage place for luggage, kitchen is only 1 sq M. Furniture is at least 40 years old and completely out-dated. Feels like a communist punishment camp in an ugly communist building ! And on top of all this : a ridiculous, outrageous, exhuberant high price for a worthless accommodation ! Brochure of Valamar (the owning company of apartments Pical), the descriptions and photo's in it are misleading and certainly photo-shopped. We feel really betrayed.

прекрасне розташування апартаментів: великий парк наповнений різноманітними птахами, через який стежка пролягає прямо до моря; кожного ранку прокидались під спів солов'їв, від якого ми отримували масу задоволення та натхнення на цілий день. Апартаменти досить зручні та комфортні. Відпочинок в апартаментах Pical приніс нам лише позитивні враження! Дякуємо всім працівникам!!!
