It's location was great, near to Porec and the beach. The apartment was value for money and it was good having the hotel facilities There were lots of families and packs of students in apartments close together so it was very noisy at night. The advert said linen was changed every 3 days but we had to insist on clean towels and bedlinen after 6 days and rather than the maid change them she left them on our balcony and we had to do it ourselves. After that she changed the towels every 3 days as it said they would in the advert. Not a place for couples who want a quiet location. |

the apartments are in a beautiful setting in the pine forest near the beach and a short walk to the town the apartments are old and in need of modernisation and but were kept very clean |

The staff was understanding. We reserved the Apartment for 4 nights. The apartment was so awful that we left after the first night, and we only stayed that night because we got in so late. The apartment was nothing like the photo, it was so outdated, had no air conditioning, was not two rooms as promised, was not clean, had no coffee maker, microwave, or tv, and wasn't even near the resort. I'm not sure why it's called the Valamar because everything in the room read a different name. This should not be classified as a resort. So disappointed! The cost is cheap, but when staying in Croatia, you can find something much better than this for less money, and we did-elsewhere! |

As other reviewers stated, Apartments Pical are dated and in need of some refurbishment (the pictures on Tripadvisor are very truthful, feels like they were taken in our apartment). However it is spacious and has everything you need. The sea and the beach are only 150m away and are fantastic! In the end of the day this is what you are going there for. I thought apartment was a little overpriced. |

we enjoyed every second although appartment was very clean and tidy, it is time to think also about renovation. If it would be refurbished...:-) |

An old concrete building with reasonably sized apartments. Basically open to the street. Bed, bedtowels, towels are new and very good, otherwise old gear in acceptable condition. Very good value for money. No aircon. |

The cost of the apartments was dirt-cheap...35Euro a night for a 2- bedroom. Cant beat that...and a very quick walk to the pool, beach, shopping, and only a 10 minute stoll along the coast to the town center with tons of restaurants (all with same menu so go to the cheapest)-- great shower pressure, and lotsa of hot water! The beds were very stiff, and the apartments are very dated...but who cares when you are only in them to eat and sleep! Would be nice to have a coffee-maker and a stove! |

Rustig gelegen appartement en 5 minuten lopen naar het (kiezel) strand, en 10 minuten lopen naar het centrum van Porec Wij misten toc wel een koffiezetapparaat en een snelkoker, verder alles prima |

Zeer grote kamers, beetje oud meubilair maar zeer schoon! Faciliteiten van naastgelegen hotel zagreb waren ook super. Mochten van alles gebruik maken. Het weer, maar daar kan niemand wat aan doen! |

Ho apprezzato particolarmente l'ubicazione fronte mare e pineta, nonche' la vicinanza alla cittadina di parenzo. E' stata inoltre una gradevole sorpresa, in quanto non specificato nel vostro sito, la possibilita' di disporre le 4 persone in due differenti camere e di avere una zona giorno separata.gli ospiti degli appartamenti possono inoltre disporre dei servizi dell'hotel, delle belle piscine e dell'animazione diurna e serale, nonche' del mini club gratuito. Gli appartamenti non erano stati accuratamente puliti (residui degli ospiti precedenti) e al piano terra entravano parecchi insetti, di tutti I tipi. L'arredamento andrebbe inoltre rinnovato, specie la cucina. Esternamente inoltre tutto il complesso andrebbe perlomeno ritinteggiato. L'acqua del mare fronte spiaggia non era molto limpida ma nel complesso la spiaggia e' ben curata ed attrezzata. |

die Aparments sind in einem gepflegten Park mit vielen alte Bäume angelegt,mit schöner Terrasse, kurzem direktem Weg zum Strand.Ist super für Familien mit Kinder (auch kleinen).Man kann sich selbst versorgen oder aber im nahem Hotel zubuchen.Der Pool und das Abendprogramm kann ebenfalls genutzt werden.Es war alles sauber. leider ist alles überaltert und verwohnt.Eine Erneuerung in den Aperments (Möbel,wie auch Bad) und auch im Außenbereich (z.B.neue nette Bepflanzund der Blumentröge) würden es noch liebenswerter machen. |

Dicht bij het strand en de handdoeken werden tot 3x toe verschoond. Centrale ligging. de appartementen zijn erg gehorig. Maar de kinderen werden er niet wakker van. |

Heel vriendelijk en efficiënt onthaal; alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig in het appartement zelf; de nabijheid van Hotel Zagreb, met zijn vele faciliteiten (zwembad, bar, restaurant) is een groot pluspunt; ook de nabijheid van het strand (enkele honderden meters) en van het stadje Porec (15 minuten te voet) zijn zeer aantrekkelijk. Het meubilair in het appartement stamt nog uit de Joegoslavische (lees: socialistische) periode en is dringend aan vervanging toe. |

ottima posizione vicinissima alla pineta e alla spiaggia ma anche al centro di porec (5 minuti a piedi), molti i servizi, appartamento enorme e molto pulito con all'interno già alcune utilità (posate, bicchieri, detersivo, scope, stendino etc). Molto tranquillo soprattutto la sera. Il noleggio bici era incluso e gratuito, ma un pò carente la gestione per ottenerne una, non è stato chiaro quando e come si potevano prenotarne. Il mobilio un pò post-sovietico/datato. |

La piscine et la plage non loin des appartements. Les activités de l'hotel, dont dépendent les appartements, proposées variants chaque jour (jogging, stretching, cours de croate, tennis, aquagym et autres).Le centre ville de Porec à 10 min à pieds.Les appartements très bien équipés en vaisselle (amener sa cafetière), change des serviettes de bain tous les 3 jours, la grande terrasse, le self de l'hotel le soir à très bon prix et nourritures variées en abondance (recommandé ++). Peu de moustiques. Le manque de parasole sur la terrasse, l'absence de climatisation, le nettoyage sous les lits. |
