Location of the hotel and the breakfast provided was quite good. Easy to access the hotel. The air conditioning was pathetic. It did not work. Complained to reception and was told an engineer would come to fix it. No better after he had left. Asked another guest if their air conditioning worked and they replied that it did but had moved out of the room that we were staying in due to the fault. Thus, hotel staff were well aware that the air con did not work but still located guests in the room. After stating that I would not pay 100 euros for a room with poor air con we were eventually moved to another room which was better but not for the price of 100 euros. Very over priced this hotel. |

Die Lage in Zentrum und direkt an der Hafenpromenade machten den Aufenthalt zu einem Erlebnis. Man ist mittendrin und erreicht Restaurants, Bars und Schiffsanlegestellen in wenigen Schritten. Obwohl im Badezimmer ein Hinweis aufgehängt war, dass Handtücher nur ausgewechselt werden, wenn sie am Boden liegen, wurden sie täglich gewechselt. Das widerspricht jedem ökologischen Gedanken. |

La posizione centrale sul porto e vicino al paese comoda per organizzare gite in barca ed affittare biciclette/scooter. Adeguato rapporto qualità/prezzo. Mancanza di terrazzo in camera (comodo in caso di vacanza di mare per asciugare teli, costumi, ecc). |

La cortesia di Natascia alla reception la posizione dell' immobile. L' atteggiamento durante tutto il soggiorno di una cameriera del bar/ristorante. (atteggiamento di sufficienza altezzoso e di assurda sfida) |

La comodità. Indubbiamente è il più comodo di questa parte dell'Isola di Lussino, vicino alla zona di attracco dell'aliscafo proveniente da Rimini, in mezzo al paese, con ristoranti, bar, gelaterie, ecc. e tutto il resto dei servizi. Buon livello di albergo. Personale bravo. Camere carine. |

Non è vero che l'hotel ha il parcheggio! L'hotel si trova in zona pedonale, il parcheggio a pagamento è distante 1 km e bisogna portarsi i bagagli a mano senza alcun aiuto da parte dello staff. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral und ist sicherlich der grösste Pluspunkt, und das Frühstück direkt an der Promenade lässt den Urlaubstag schon in der richtigen Stimmung beginnen. |

Bei der Ankunft wurde uns ein 15% Nachlaß auf die Zimmerpreise zugesagt.Wurde in der Hotelrechnung nicht berücksichtigt!!!Wenn man für den Autoparkplatz bezahlen muß dann erwarte ich das dieser auch für mein Auto frei ist.Leider nicht so Ketten alle abgerissen.Wurden auch auf dringlicher Bitte nicht repariert.Für was bezahlt man dann??? |
