Aparthotel del Mar    

The staff is very nice and helpful, also very reliable. Although the hotel is a few kilometers from Pula (more than 4 km) there is a bus or even better choice is taking a taxi. It's not expensive and the taxi drivers are, surprisingly, very nice too.

We were 4 and we stayed in an apartment for 4 but it really is a room for 2 people. The couch-bad is good to sleep on but it's in the kitchen/living room and it takes all the space so it could be very crowdy.

Some of the staff were really dispicable moreover there is a tourist tax that you discover only when you want to pay.

My mistake in not knowing this was a resort that caters to families so it was very noisy. Also, didn't realize that you need to bring your own toilet paper and disliked the requirement that you must schedule one day in advance for an inspection before you can check out.

Hotel for masses with high prices for captive audience on Wi-Fi, breakfast. Surrounded by poor restaurants with bulk prepared food.

Rooms are quite small. Location of the hotel is quite remote. Rooms at the back of the hotel have parking lot view in stead of garden view, as Del Mar calls it.

Very nice aparthotel, with many activities. Hire a car, otherwise you will feel far away form anything. Nice restaurants at the hotel and some nearby. A small supermarket at the hotel, so that you can by fresh bread and so for breakfast and toilett paper and so for the kitchen. More expensive than others, but not too much. The hairdresser is very good and not expensive. Our familly like the beaches so the very best was the beaches (mountain and not friendly for small children) 5 min walk away. Beautiful. Bring jogging shoes if you like to run. Nice jogging trip around the ocean in the the wood. At night a disco/music for children, youth and adults in open air. Very cool, and we enjoyed it from our terrasse. You can hire boats from the hotel. All in all a very nice aparthotel and not crowded and noisy, although the very high season.

The most negative experiencewas the beds. Madrasses like stones!!!!!! Terrible, please do something to make it more comfortable, not a 4 star rating. Always a queue at the reception, and very few staff. They were nice but they work too much. Be friendly and they are nice with you.

Resort style accommodation in superb location. The walk around the bay was worth it. Very professional and helpful staff. Room was very clean.

Don't use the safe. The most confusing safe I have ever used.

Location was good for Pula airport (30 min drive) Room very clean. Pool very clean, ample loungers and umbrellas. Excellent facility to have supermarket on site so that we could prepare our own lunch and buy drinks. Ice cream parlour was excellent.

Paying for internet was annoying and unusual (in fact the only one) in our trip of 5 aprtments. Bedroom was tiny and next to a very echo-ey, noisy corridor. (Sofa bed in lounge was comfortable and was away from the noise.- Could have used this if we had stayed as just 2 people. We would have liked more information about local restaurants, perhaps maps,menus and reviews available.

Decided last min to book reservations for Coratia and this was the most suitable/cheap hotel that did not compromise on quality and service. It was only 3 guys travelling but we rented a 5 person room because we did not want to sleep in the same bed. Basiclly paid 50 US dollars each for one night which is not bad at all. 12min from the national park to go snorkeling and 15 min from Pula nightlife. The front desk people were kind and courteous and spoke good english, they even allowed us to check out at 12pm instead of the ususal 9:30am.

5 ppl bed room was really only suitable for 3, unless you are travelling as couples, or you like sleeping with other men... no homo haha.

It was well run, the staff were pleasant and efficient, the location is good as were the activities and entertainment.

A little bigger hotel rather than I think It is liked to mass condomiun, operating well nice swinning pool and clean room

No pre- explannation for registration fee, every addition towel change, lining, cleaning, even requesting toilet tower needs to pay. It is strange.

Quiet location, gorgeous views, endless activities, large units

Noisy hallway with hard floors so people rolling luggage and kids running down the hall echos badly. Forget trying to sleep late here - noisy people in the hall will prevent this! Carpeting the main hallway would prevent much of this problem. I've stayed at many, many, many large resorts and timeshares over the years and have never had such a complicated and time consuming check out process. You must set a check- out time the night prior to departing, wait several minutes on a housekeeper to come inspect the unit the morning of checkout, get a form from her and take it to the front desk to check out. They have your credit card for incidentals so why not just bill me for stolen TVs and toasters??? Why make me wait on housekeeping verification and then stand in long checkout line???

The staff was not very professional. The entertainment on the Sunday night was too loud and lasted very long till midnight which made it impossible to sleep in the rooms. The reception gave false information about excursions, thus resulting in us travelling to the next city to catch the boat they mentioned, for nothing, as the ferry boat they said we could catch didnt even exist.

E' stato tutto perfetto!! Nulla di negativo da dire.

Molto accogliente. Ci hanno colpiti la professionalità dell'accoglienza e la cortesia. Appartamenti nuovi e funzionali. Bellissima la piscina. Da tornarci sicuramente.
