Beautiful setting, spotlessly clean resort with excellent accommodation.
hotel is nice but breakfast is awful. actually it would have been better if they did not have a breakfast at all
Big flats with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and lots of storage space, clean with nice oceanviews
Proximity to the sea and very child friendly. Great facilities and lovely pools. Superior residence was lovely. Best sun beds ever.
No kettle, toaster or oven. Not cleaned during our stay.
Very good location, close to the sea, nice and relatively big pool, clean & tid room, pictures reflect reality. Shopping attached to the Hotel is OK. Cooking in the room also fine. Welcome gift (bottle of Italian wine) - excellent!
Breakfast for 9€/person is expensive. Wi-Fi 7€ for 3 days, yet the Hotel advertising itself also for business travel? Come on! Need to purchase everything for our own, incl. toilet papers (?) Parking is limited. Next door cleaning starting at 8 am is not friendly.
Near to the beach, clean pool, near to the market
Quiet noisy until 11 pm (almost same music every day), central aircondition and it cannot be controlled manually, poor connection to Pula center
The beautiful beach, the good conditions, everything was excellent, a lot of interesting place around (Limski canal, Rovinj, Medulin, Kamenjak, Brijuni Island, Pula, etc...) Mindenkinek ajánlom, csodálatos hely:)
The beach and the pool. the shop on site was well stocked. The restaurants nearby, especially the pizzeria- fantastic food (pasta/pizza). The boatman!
The noise in the corridors, made it very difficult to sleep. Heavy doors banging, bedroom on the corridor. Having to pay for wifi. The onsite restaurant was overpriced both for food and drink.
Staff so friendly and helpful. Apartment was spotless and any queries were dealth with in an extremely timely fashion.
The restaurant was good, the swimming pool was nice, although crowded at times.
Not good for families with older kids, too isolated with no public transportation. The apartment we were in was very humid
Too far away from everything ie restaurants
The pool is great. The view is very nice towards the sea.
Loud place, wake up by the cleaning staff every morning 7.30. Not so close to the city. Beach is rough manmade stones.
clean beach apartament swiming pool
too far from pubs and discos and shops
The hotel's location and facility is very good. The beds were very confortable.
We had the feeling that we were asked to pay for every little 'extra'. A few examples: in such a modern facility we would expect to have WIFI at a reasonable price, here we would have been asked to pay per device. We run out of toilet paper and were asked by the hotel staff, to pay for extra rolls, when we checked out, the staff confirmed that the apartmant was is good quality, but we were asked to return to take out the garbage, etc. So all in all a nice place, with poor service.
The cleanliness and nice view. If I had young children I would add the facilities for them.
The remote location. The check out review of the rooms - a bit of Old Eastern Europe. The dark corridors. The concrete wall view from my balcony.
It's not frendly. Too many rules like a school.
Nothing to do in the evening.
Excellent value, courteous and very helpful staff. Nice family oriented beach, right outside the Hotel.. Not to mention easy access to public transportation if you are looking to travel on a budget only 15 kuna takes you to Pula and Permenura. We also enjoyed the nightly entertainment provided...very family friendly.
The pools and game room were a big hit with our kids, there was a lot of activities also available to do...there was a restaurant and ice cream shop on the grounds. There was also a beach right outside the grounds as well. The apartment was clean and very modern. The staff was helpful, friendly and spoke very good English. We would stay again if we were in the area.
The beds were pretty uncomfortable and the apt was quite cramped with four people. The parking also filled up at night, we got in late one night and had to really search to find a spot and with only one entrance into the hotel it was kind of pain.
The surroundings, the Adriatic sea
Bad internet, the beds and the staff in the reception
Kind personal, beach very close.
No free wifi. Noisy hotel Small rooms with with creaking sofa bed : )
Rooms were clean, bed was a bit on the firm side but not too bad (I prefer a soft mattress), and kitchen had adequate supplies. I read a lot of reviews on this place before I booked, so I knew to bring dish soap, sponge, etc. because they do not supply those items. Lots of good places to eat close by, within walking distance (Barka was by far the best!). To get to Pula you'll need a bike or vehicle. Beach right next to the hotel and the beach right down the road had aqua parks, inflatable obstacle courses, which was great for our oldest boy...cost was 40-50 kunas (or roughly €5-€7) per hour. Overall we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed our visit.
When we checked in they expected us to pay for the room, not at checkout. The total was €40 more than the price booking.com gave me, because of the city tax. So beware of the taxes! For the most part, the front reception was helpful. I only encountered one very rude person. I can see why so many people said that their staff is rude, because most are not too eager to help and seem a little bothered when you ask a lot of questions. We brought our dog with us, and we were a little disappointed that dogs were not allowed on the beach next to the hotel, restaurants at the hotel, or the open area where they play music at night. So it's not very pet friendly. Also, pets are €12 extra per day, which is an average fee.
