The courtesy of the receptionists.The beautyful garden. A no particularly gentleness in reminding us that breakfast time finishes at 10.00 (we were stiil sit at 10.15).The inefficient system of keycards (we had to go to the reception 4 or 5 times because our card didn't work). |

Location of this hotel was great - a short walk to the Lapad beach, pedestrian walkway with restaurants, supermarket, bank, post office and bus to Old Town. Hotel was not signposted like others in the area, so it was a little hard to locate for a first time visitor. |

NOTHING!! We checked out after one night. Hotel has false advertising and hotel staff rude. See below. After check-in we were taken through 3 car parks and down another street. Our room in the "hotel" was not in the hotel but a separate building a few mins walk away. We did not feel safe here and the room was dark and the carpet worn. "Hotel" had lift and electronic key entry but we had lots of steps no lift and old style door key. We had paid for superior room! Do not stay! |

the position was quiet yet near to beach, bus stops, shops. The peaceful garden was a real asset as we could eat breakfast out there or chill out there with a drink at the end of the day. The hotel was small and intimate and very personal, the staff were excellent |

room size, free internet in lobby showy shower turned to be less than a regular one. Breakfast was ok but some of the bread rolls were definitely at least 2 days old |

The staff were very helpful. The garden is cool and shady, beautifully laid out. Breakfast buffet was good, with a wide range of options. the shower was excellent. The rooms were a bit small, though the balcony made up for this. We found the air conditioning difficult to work out - but this may have been down to us rather than it. |

le cadre ,la situation de l'hotel probleme avec le réglement à la fin de séjour,l'hotel n'a pas accepté la carte visa ,on était obligé de chercher de l'argent liquide le soir avant de partir, assez désagréable! Pour recommander l'hotel, il faudra que celui-ci se procure d' un systeme complete d'enregistrement de toutes les cartes bleues! |
