Very clean throughout the hotel in particular the rooms. Large room sizes and excellent service. Early check-out time of 10.00. Shower height adjuster was broken, disappointing selection of breads at breakfast. |

Clean and large rooms. Location was good. 5 min walk from the main train terminal. About 15/20 min walk to city square. Great little bar downstairs which was open til early hours and fast internet (important for travellers like us!). A bit of a walk to the city centre. Fine by us though as it was more important to be close to the train terminal. |

The Hotel is very confortable and the location is near from the bus and rail stations and any transports. Walking, it's a little bit far from the old city. |

Rooms were hot and stuffy, if you opened your window on one side you had a very noisy main road and main railway station whereas at the back it had a constant, very loud airconditioning unit for the whole building. There was no wi fi connection in the rooms and despite frequent requests nothing was done about it. |

The room was clean and good location. Their were many many things. The room I had was very loud. No toiletries or enough towels in the bathroom. When asked to change room... it was a hassle, the management wanted more money. Then there was some sort of Miss Croatia party going on and the staff was more preoccupied with a bunch of teenage girls running around then a customer. |

Very nice and modern hotel! Price: not particular for this hotel but all Hotels in Croatia are overpriced comparing to same standards in European Community. Breakfast was nice but why always instant coffee?? |

First, I have to mention that some visitors made fair or under-quality comments about the hotel but Arcotel Allegra is very good hotel. The location is very very central, 50 meters to tram stop... Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathroom is more than ok, windows were soundproof even if faced with busy street. - May be breakfast, bathroom supplies |

The hotel is in a great location - easy to walk to from the bus station which makes taking the airport bus a very good cheap option to get into the city. The aircon couldnt be adjusted and we nearly melted. Also, the design of the room is weird - mirrors are at waist height so you have to sit down to see yourself? strange! |

Excellent room service, marvellous food from the hotel's restaurant. The hotel is adjacent to the Branimir center where, in the basement, you will find the Belgian pub with a selection of 101 belgian beer sort (tip: you can order pizza from the neightboring pizzeria without leaving the pub). The hotel is really close to the central station. Excellent noise inslutation from the street outside. The rooms were too plain although reasonably spacey. The price does not reflect the overall quality of the hotel. Slightly more expensive choice is Hotel Dubrovnik, but it's big difference - go there, don't loose your girlfriend. :D |

It is a good business hotel, located very close to the Zagreb city center. Parking is available in the nearby public garage (connected to the hotel with elevators). The parking is pricey, but the information was mentioned on booking.com, so there were no suprises. Because of the location and good connections it is very suitable for business trips or short stays. The management should work on the facilities: in our rooms - in one the air-conditioner was not working properly (for November cold room is not an option), and in the other there were several lights that weren't working, so the room looked like in lower class hotel. The staff could be a bit frendlier - a smile and more helpfull approach is a must in hotels like this. |
