friendly personnel, location close to my business

some problems with lifts

1)Friendly Reception

1)Terrible breakfast staff and services-food run out not replace and dirty table not been clear,if I need to pay 14 Euro for my breakfast i will get very upset,lucky our price includes breakfast. 2)This hotel charging Euro 80 per night and room just full of Cheap IKEA furniture and very hard bed,simply not good value. 3)20-30 minutes walk to old town but this is Zagreb,not many hotels in central Zagreb. 4)Free apple run out in the room never been replaced.

Extremely friendly staff. Nice location, within a walking distance from all the sights, but the tram stop located right in front of the hotel as well. Both bus and train stations close by. Buffet breakfast included a good variety of the basic morning meal necessities.

Not the cheapest joint in town, but in my opinion worth it. Look for the weekend offers!

The jacuzzi didnt work and the staff at the spa were rather rude about this. They also couldnt secure a massage for me, and it didnt look like they were trying hard. The front desk staff said the gym is a concession and they dont control their staff or facilities. But the hotel should better monitor that place so it meets their same standards of service

Comfort rooms, very good breakfast, nice lobby bar.

The SPA is not really SPA.

The location was perfect and the staff was amazing. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was very nice.

A small complaint, but the large and comfortable bed was actually made up of two twin beds pushed together, so there is a seam in the middle. And parking is expensive.

The hotel staff over charge me moere oney than the one agreed and paid with Bookinging. Hotel staff was unfare and unpolite and was not able to explain why I had to pay extra charge. I do not suggest this hotel.

Liked the location, services and the design, especially the corporate design (I felt touched to see Camille Claudel and Frida Kahlo on the choice of celebreties printed on pillows, curtain). Lovely idea to offer apples for free on the reception and in the rooms.

This hotel is supposed to be a four stars hotel and we had a constant waterpipes noise during the whole night... So poor sleep ! happily we had paid half of the normal charge for the room otherwise we would have been very angry...

- Une grande chambre moderne et propre (équipée même d'un lecteur de dvd !) - On a adoré la petite salle de fitness, le spa (sauna, hamam, jacuzzi) et le journal quotidien (au choix) le matin devant la porte de la chambre - L'hôtel est d'un très bon standing, très propre, et assez bien situé (comptez 15 min à pieds de la place centrale) - Le prix des consos mini-bar, beaucoup plus abordable que dans les hôtels français (ex.: 25kn pour une grande bouteille d'eau gazeuse 75cl)

- L'accueil un peu froid - Le manque d'explications sur le fonctionnement de la salle de fitness et de spa (on aurait pu en profiter davantage si on avait su plus tôt !)... et un peu petite malgré tout (pas plus de 4 personnes) - La vue sur les voies ferrées et le bruit du train au petit matin
