la qualità dell'hotel, lo staff e le camere il disagio di attendere oltre 30 minuti per poter parcheggiare la macchina nel posteggio (unico possibile perchè nella zona è impossibile parcheggiare altrove) convenzionato con l'hotel, in quanto era pieno cone spesso accade nel tardo pomeriggio - sera |

Ampiezza della stanza.Pulizia. Cordialità del personale,per quanto per i clienti italiani comunicare con il personale della reception è indispensabile parlare in inglese o in tedesco.La buona accoglienza nei confronti degli animali. L'estrema difficoltà di parcheggio,anche in quello a pagamento ( seppure prepagato in hotel) ed anche la tariffa dello stesso.Arrivo nel pomeriggio del 28/11 partenza ore 8e 30 del 30/110 costo parcheggio 71,04 euro ! |

Nothing as I never got the chance as the hotel gave my rooms away. Arrived at the hotel only to be told that none of the two rooms I had reserved were available. This kind of treatment is completly unacceptable and I will never book this hotel in the future.I will also recommend that none of my collegues stay there while on business either. |

Nothing special, city business hotel, the room service food was good. For the price and rating of the hotel, I think it didn't meet the standard. Quite far for Zagreb center, but close to railway station. Breakfast was quite poor, and always with a sense of hurry to leave, not comfortable. |

It is 10 minutes walking to the city center, bus and trams stops nearby. Big room,not bad at all, comfy beds, good airconditioning, nice breakfast.Stayed for 1 night and we were overall happy with the hotel. The hotel is fairly new which is not the case with many of the hotels in Zagreb. If you are not on a complete budget trip this might be a good choice. Room was not ready until 16 o'clock and when it was done we were missing soaps. No parking. On working days you have to pay 2 euros per hour on the outside public parking or 1 euro per hour in the underground parking near the hotel. Railways are just across the street, although when window is closed not much noise is heard.Some rooms are overlooking and too close to an administrative building, which might be strange during workdays so if this worries you better ask for another room in advance. |

15-20 minute walk to center or a 5 minute bus. Easy to reach the train station and the bus going to the airport. Staff was helpful, breakfast was ok. Rooms are large and beds are really very comfortable with good furnishing. No view from the window (if its important) |

Nice breakfast, helpful staff, good ac Towels were so old, we could see purple stains on them. Extra bed was not a bed, it had no comfort at all. Room was not ready till 15 o'clock. |
