ｻﾞｸﾞﾚﾌﾞ中央駅にも近く、路面電車の停留所前で便利でした。朝食も充実し、計3泊しましたが、飽きる- ことはありませんでした。 シャワーの温度が少し低かった。 |

トラムの駅から便利でアクセスがよい。また、バスターミナルにも徒歩10分以内で行くことができた。ロビー- から部屋にいたるまで細かい装飾や演出が行き届いており、こだわりが感じられる。朝食は種類豊富とまではい- かないが、十分満足できる内容だった。 |

飛行機が遅れて夜中の２時に着いたのですが、暖かくてきぱきと迎えてくださり助かりました。設備は新しく清- 潔で良かったです。朝食もそこそこ充実していました。地下にショッピングモールと共有の駐車場あり、有料で- すがホテルで割引券もらえます。 |

フロントスタッフがとても親切で感じが良かった。 朝食・・団体旅行客が食べた後だったのか、パンの充填はない、コーヒーカップもないような状態だった。 |

バスターミナルから近く、非常に便利。市街にも近い。下の、「お湯が出ない」ことを除けば、申し分ない。 バスのお湯がぬるく、風邪をひきそうになった。改善が必要。 |

レストランの料理が大変気に入りました。どの料理も特別な味で、よい思い出になりました。特にラムが美味し- かったです。また、芳香のあるクロアチアの赤ワインの味も絶品！お部屋はツインですが、広くてゆったりでき- ました。 |

きれいでモダンなホテルでした。ベッドの硬さもよく、2種類の堅さの違う枕があり、よく眠ることができまし- た。部屋もきれいに掃除されて快適に過ごすことができました。アメニティーはブルガリでした。 |

部屋にルーム・フレグランスが置いてあり、それはよいのですが香りがきつすぎました。また、アメニティが充- 実してるとは言えません。空調の調節の仕方が分かりにくく使いずらかった。 |

Staff well spoken in english, enthuastic and knowledgeable, room was clean & well presented, breakfast & dinner...great value all round...!! Great bar lounge area to meet and converse with people. Also located in one of the best malls & close to train station..!! |

Nothing as I never got the chance as the hotel gave my rooms away. Arrived at the hotel only to be told that none of the two rooms I had reserved were available. This kind of treatment is completly unacceptable and I will never book this hotel in the future.I will also recommend that none of my collegues stay there while on business either. |

Nothing special, city business hotel, the room service food was good. For the price and rating of the hotel, I think it didn't meet the standard. Quite far for Zagreb center, but close to railway station. Breakfast was quite poor, and always with a sense of hurry to leave, not comfortable. |
