Hotel Arcus Residence

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The room was quite large. It was right by the water, which was nice. It had a pool, however it was getting too late on in Autumn for us to use it - too cold! You will need a car to stay here - it is about a 10 minute drive from outskirts of Pula. There are some restaurants nearby, but there is also a restaurant that serves a buffet dinner that is cheap. I wouldn't recommend it to people wanting super cheap accommodation who are relying on public transport. It's great for couples, families and groups.

From the outset the reception staff were all friendly and courteous and spoke excellent English. We found the location ideal, with views across the water to the promontory and the harbour of Medulin. The room was spacious and modern with a shower room to match. The Hotel facilities included an indoor swimming pool and a PC in the reception area with web access was available all day and free.

Arriving at the hotel in the dark and not knowing the access point from the road is difficult as it is on a wide unlit bend. The shower riser on the wall was broken and could not be fixed in the 4 days we were there. The breakfast buffet was somewhat limited.

Parcheggio auto, gentilezza formale dello staff, ottimo menu, dimensione delle stanze, aria condizionata, internet a disposizione,rapporto qualità/prezzo.

La colazione è abbondante,le stanze sono abbastanza pulite e decisamente confortevoli.Anche lo staff è cordiale,eccezion fatta per il ragazzo che c'era all'arrivo..

All'arrivo,lo ammetto decisamente in anticipo rispetto all'orario stabilito per il check-in (intorno alle 7),sono stato invitato in maniera non troppo educata a tornare alle 14.00, senza darmi la possibilità nè di lasciare i bagagli nè di andare alla toilette...non chiedevo di avere subito la stanza,ci mancherebbe,ma almeno un pò di cortesia..

Hotellet var nytt og delikat, og hotellets personale var veldig serviceinnstilt. Det ligger sentralt i forhold til strand og markeder, og i rolige omgivelser. Minuset var rommet vi fikk. Det var veldig lite, og svarte ikke helt til forventningene eller med beskrivelsen.

Comfort, rapporto qualita'/prezzo, disponibilita' ampio parcheggio e ubicazione dell' hotel. Personale di reception e bar molto cordiale e disponibile.

Personale della sala ristorante poco incline al sorriso e a ricambiare il "buongiorno" quotidiano. La mancanza di una connessione wi-fi gratuita anche nelle camere.

Buenas instalaciones

Sehr geräumige Zimmer mit sehr guten Matratzen. Sehr saubere, großzügige Anlage mit großem, offenem Empfangsraum; recht neue Anlage.

Swimmingpool war leider noch nicht nutzbar, aber der Jahreszeit nach auch verständlich.

Alle Bediensteten waren sehr zuvorkommend und Kompetent

Die Heizung gehört für diese Jahreszeit Optimiert
