The breakfast was excellent and very rich. The view from the breakfast terrace was beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. TV has many channels. The hotel is very big. Sometimes you feel like in a train station. The breakfast area is far from some of the rooms. It's uncomfortable, especially for handicapped people, who need to circle the hotel on their way to breakfast. Rooms need better maintenance - one had water leeks on the ceiling, one had shutters, which didn't open. |

Functional hotel on the outskirts of Dubrovnik excellent bus service to old town. Good breakfast, good pool and sufficient loungers close to sea for a dip. Surrounding area had disappointing shopping, bar, restaurant area. |

In an expensive city it was very good value for money - especially as the excellent facilities at the group's Hotel President were available (the a la carte dinner we had was especially good value). The waiting staff (at both hotels) were most efficient and helpful. Just one minor point. Electrical sockets were not the "usual" European type and as such my adaptor did not work - and the hotel did not have any to loan (nor did the reception staff seem very interested - although they were helpful and pleasant for other matters). |

It was near Copacabana beach, the breakfast was good, the bus no. 6 stops near the hotel and goes to the old city in just 10-15 min. The TV was a little below to the bed and it was not so confortable to watch TV. |

Quiet hotel with plenty of parking space. Easy to get into and out of Dubrovnik by public transport. Was not aware that it is widely used by tour groups. No alternative to full buffet meal in the evening, such as a bistro type bar/cafe. |

Great pool area, buffet breakfast was good and varied, the bar was reasonably priced. The cleaning staff were as friendly as you like, always stopping to say hello if they saw you walk past. Unfortunately some of the front of house staff weren't as friendly as the cleaners, which is something raised in other reviews I've read. |

Handy to the historic old town of Dubrovnik (close to the local bus stop), bathrom was spacious, ceiling fan added to air conditioning, the TV had several news channels in English (CNN, BBC, CNBC, Sky). The hotel has many facilities, plus a poorly-signposted local shopping center close by with many shops & cafes. There was a lot of noise during the day from construction work on a nearby new hotel complex (if we opened our balcony windows), but this was not a problem at night or on Sunday. The hotel is quite a maze, and the elevators are at one end of the complex, so it was a long walk from them to our room (not a problem for us, but it could be for disabled people). |

Cheap price yet luxury. c.10 min from town on air-con bus (every 20 min early till gone midnight). Easy route as last stop both ends. Great attentive bar staff. All staff speak fluent English and very accomodating. Luggage room (not secure). Superb breakfasts. Restaurant has sun terrace. Great views of mountains, ocean and bridge. Quiet and relaxing hotel. Narrow pedestrian exit with no separation from road (100yds) - OK, but you need to get out the way if there is any traffic. Alt. route via. park possible. |

We thought the hotel was very modern, clean, well laid out, rooms were excellent and overall really enjoyed our stay. The rooms with laminate floors echoed noise |

We travelled in Croatia and Bosnie for five days. This hotel Gave the best value for money. It was not so close to the old city. But we were driving a rental car, the paking facility was good. Very nice view. The distance to the old city |

The staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite. The food was great, top quality and plenty of it. The bus to take you into the city was very convenient. The room had a stunning view over the sea. The whole thing was very relaxing and enjoyable and great value too. |

Friendly atmosphere and staff. Good location. On October 1, the number of staff appeared to be reduced despite the hotel still being busy. Service - especially bar/lounge - fell dramatically. |

Location was fairly central to all other hotels in the area. Close to sea, local eatery's for snacks / lunch and the local bus service into the Old Town was only down the road a few metres. Breakfast was very impressive! Hotel was clean and comfortable. Powerful shower and clean bathroom with daily room cleaning. Lovely! View wasn't great from our room but who wants to be in doors on holiday! The minute you leave you're room there's plenty of stunning views outside! |

The buffet breakfast is amazing in the choice of what they offer. Rather than use the pebble beach used the nicer beach at nearby Hotel President which is open to everyone to use. Room was clean had been renovated somewhat recently in a modern style. Staff was friendly and helpful. Prices in general in Dubrovnik are very high and in comparison with Italy not a great value. |

The breakfast was great, and the location is superb. It's super easy to get to Old Dubrovnik, but far enough away to feel a bit more secluded. |
