Hotel Ariston

upon our arrival the staff took us to our upgraded room and did not leave until our computer has been connected and worked properly.

The staff at reception/front desk were very pleasant and helpful at all times.

We had booked a room with a sea view and were offered a room with a poor sea view. However, reception staff quickly moved us to a superior room with a spectacular sea view

Really nice Hotel, attentive staff, good sized rooms.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel, it was easy to relax and there was no impression that you needed to rush anything even if you turned up late for breakfast.

Having to try and save a place and umbrella near the swimming pool by a certain time otherwise there wouldn't be any left! occasionally the bar staff near the pool were a bit abrupt.

The Hotel is very quite, clean with very nice beach. service is very good and hotel's employee are very kind with high service oriented

The location is really very good - the sea is fantastic - the hotel is very very close to the great rocky beach

value for money: it was labeled as a four star (resp. five star hotel even) - it is at best three stars (eg the equipment and size of the rooms); the breakfast was not good at all (both quality and variety)

Hotel was luxurious, food generally good and suite was fantastic. What really made the trip was the staff who were superb.

Very comfortable hotel with friendly and obliging staff. We were upgraded on arrival which was a surprise bonus! The hotel manager was very accomodating and very hands on with the guests which impressed me. Location was fantastic with bus to old town right outstide the hotel. Stunning views and very peaceful. Breakfast was superb. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

Ужины оставляют желать лучшего - выбора блюд практически никакого, поэтому пришлось питаться в городе (4 года назад отдыхали в Пуле в отеле Histria - еда выше всяких похвал, хотя только 4*). Хотелось бы, что бы оплата за номер указывалась и в местной валюте, т.к. когда пришлось оплачивать номер, то указанная в евро стоимость за номер при пересчёте на местную валюту (куны) по внутреннему курсу отеля (который отличается в большую сторону от курса в местных банках при обмене евро), стоимость возросла примерно на 30 евро. При уборке номеров хотелось бы+ что бы горничные почаще вытирали пыль в номере.

La ubicación es magnífica

Mejoraría la calidad de los desayunos, hay variedad pero le falta lacalidad que corresponde a un hotel de 5 estrellas. No hay seguridad en la zona de las piscinas ni tampoco en la de baño en el mar. El acceso a la zona de baño en el mar es muy resbaladiza por las algas y con riesgo de fácil caida. No hay servicio de bar en la piscina, algo incomprensible puesto que estamos de relax y disfrute y lo normal es consumir en la hamaca.
