Hotel Ariston

δεν υπηρχαν διαθεσιμα δωματια στο hotel ariston, και μασ φιλοξενησαν στο importanne suites.εξαιρετικη σουιτα, απλετοι χωροι,ανετο φαρδυ κρεββατι πολυ καλησ ποιοτητασ, καλογουστα μπανια,ωραια βεραντα με θεα,ησυχια. οργανομενη παραλια με ανετεσ ξαπλωστρεσ πολυ κοντα στα δωματια.κοντα στο ξενοδοχειο σταση λεωφορειου με τακτικεσ αναχωρησεισ για την πολη.

Rooms large and comfortable. Staff professional and efficient. Very nice setting by the sea with a combination of pools and private beach.

The breakfast buffet offered a good selection, but the food wasn't really that great. The hotel is located some distance from the city itself. Getting to town by bus is not a problem, but even in early October the bus was at times extremely crowded. A taxi to Old Town is about 8-9 euro.

The room was excellent after one understood how the windows worked. The views outside were great as well as the overall quietness

The hotel has not established character like the Argentinia It's a multitude of little things like 'immediate hot water', quality of fixtures and general ambiance. But it is a good hotel, but not 5 star

Big and very clean room, outstandings views from the restaurant, beautiful beach area

Far from Dubrovnik Town

The hotel amenities and location were great. the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the daily cocktails!

The breakfast wasn't great.

Good situated in a quiet location, not far away from the old city. They write they have a tennis court but is at anoher hotel little bit far away

Excellent facilities ,with easy frequent access ,by bus, into the old town. Swimming off the rocks beside the pool was a highlight.Lovely walk along the coast from the hotel towards town.

The buffet breakfast was good ; but I think for a 4star/5 star hotel there should be available fresh fruit salad (not "out of a tin") and selection of fried/poached eggs available as well as scrambled/boiled.Minor complaint

I liked convenient modern bathrooms, Internet in rooms, cleanliness, convenient parking and politeness of some workers of the hotel .

It would be desirable, that beds did not part, and at restaurant the meal would not be such monotonous, after all it is hotel of 5 stars.

hotel staff is not very abile.

The location - right by the sea. Easy access to Dubrovnik Old Town - local bus stop only 1 minute away. They upgraded us to a 5* suite, and provided free parking at a hotel parking site. The staff at the reception and pool area are very good.

Breakfast could be improved.

We had a great room with an awesome view. Large balcony. Staff was friendly. Free parking. 2 computers for free internet.

Far from city center but there was a bus stop nearby and it took 20 minutes to get downtown. Clean bus and 2 dollars each way per person. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool was not very fancy. But ocean was right there for a swim.

Tried to be very accommodating, but had a problem with room mixup which made it very difficult to resolve with other traveling group

The resturant "Zoe" - had to leave as food was not good at all and not what was stated in the menu. For such a nice location, the waiter was in a rush and so tried to rush us

Ужины оставляют желать лучшего - выбора блюд практически никакого, поэтому пришлось питаться в городе (4 года назад отдыхали в Пуле в отеле Histria - еда выше всяких похвал, хотя только 4*). Хотелось бы, что бы оплата за номер указывалась и в местной валюте, т.к. когда пришлось оплачивать номер, то указанная в евро стоимость за номер при пересчёте на местную валюту (куны) по внутреннему курсу отеля (который отличается в большую сторону от курса в местных банках при обмене евро), стоимость возросла примерно на 30 евро. При уборке номеров хотелось бы+ что бы горничные почаще вытирали пыль в номере.
