新しい。清潔。アメニティーが整っており快適。各部屋にバルコニーが備わっており、海を見ながらくつろぐこ- とが出来る。 各箇所の案内がわかりにくい。 |

部屋の清潔感は高い。無料の高速インターネットも良い。大きなセーフティボックスにはノートＰＣにも十分な- 大きさ。壁掛け液晶テレビは外部端子もあり、小型のDVDプレーヤを接続してＮＴＳＣ信号な映像も表示可能- 。 プール：子供用プールのペンキは生乾き、スタッフは横柄、壊れたパラソル多数。朝食：夏はバルコニーでは蜂- の襲撃に遭います。良い景色だけに残念。部屋：バス（浴槽）の高さがあり、かつ滑りやすいため子供には相応- の注意が必要。カランの湯量が貧弱。シャワーは十分だけに残念。 |

眺め良し、食事良し、プール・ビーチ良し。子どもたちも大満足でした。部屋が端の方で、ベランダが他の部屋- よりも広々としており、夜は星を見ながらゆっくりできた。ホテルの近くに、おみやげ屋やレストランがあり、- 便利だった。 何度か部屋の修繕にスタッフが来て、落ち着かなかった。いろんな所に花を飾っていたが、枯れていたのが残念- 。 |

子供二人（４歳、０歳）を連れて行くことを事前に連絡したらスイートルームにアップグレードしてもらえまし- た。２部屋２バスルームと広く、快適そのもの。早期予約したため値段もリーズナブルでした。旧市街からは離- れていますがバス停は歩いて３分。始発なので必ず座れたのは助かりました。ホテル内のレストランＺＯＥは雰- 囲気もよく美味しかったです。同じくホテル内のビュッフェ専門のレストランよりは断然ＺＯＥをお勧めします- 。 空港⇔ホテル間のシャトルサービスは有料（片道４０ユーロ、往復で７０ユーロ）。ＡＵＤＩ大型セダン（Ａ６- ）での送迎だったので快適でしたが無料送迎を期待していました。 |

Rooms large and comfortable. Staff professional and efficient. Very nice setting by the sea with a combination of pools and private beach. The breakfast buffet offered a good selection, but the food wasn't really that great. The hotel is located some distance from the city itself. Getting to town by bus is not a problem, but even in early October the bus was at times extremely crowded. A taxi to Old Town is about 8-9 euro. |

The staff at reception/front desk were very pleasant and helpful at all times. We had booked a room with a sea view and were offered a room with a poor sea view. However, reception staff quickly moved us to a superior room with a spectacular sea view |

The room was excellent after one understood how the windows worked. The views outside were great as well as the overall quietness The hotel has not established character like the Argentinia It's a multitude of little things like 'immediate hot water', quality of fixtures and general ambiance. But it is a good hotel, but not 5 star |

Everyone was very friendly and helpful at the hotel, it was easy to relax and there was no impression that you needed to rush anything even if you turned up late for breakfast. Having to try and save a place and umbrella near the swimming pool by a certain time otherwise there wouldn't be any left! occasionally the bar staff near the pool were a bit abrupt. |

The hotel amenities and location were great. the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the daily cocktails! The breakfast wasn't great. |

Good situated in a quiet location, not far away from the old city. They write they have a tennis court but is at anoher hotel little bit far away to enlarge the parking on the left side |

The location is really very good - the sea is fantastic - the hotel is very very close to the great rocky beach value for money: it was labeled as a four star (resp. five star hotel even) - it is at best three stars (eg the equipment and size of the rooms); the breakfast was not good at all (both quality and variety) |

Excellent facilities ,with easy frequent access ,by bus, into the old town. Swimming off the rocks beside the pool was a highlight.Lovely walk along the coast from the hotel towards town. The buffet breakfast was good ; but I think for a 4star/5 star hotel there should be available fresh fruit salad (not "out of a tin") and selection of fried/poached eggs available as well as scrambled/boiled.Minor complaint |

I liked convenient modern bathrooms, Internet in rooms, cleanliness, convenient parking and politeness of some workers of the hotel . It would be desirable, that beds did not part, and at restaurant the meal would not be such monotonous, after all it is hotel of 5 stars. |

The location - right by the sea. Easy access to Dubrovnik Old Town - local bus stop only 1 minute away. They upgraded us to a 5* suite, and provided free parking at a hotel parking site. The staff at the reception and pool area are very good. Breakfast could be improved. |
