子供二人（４歳、０歳）を連れて行くことを事前に連絡したらスイートルームにアップグレードしてもらえました。２部屋２バスルームと広く、快適そのもの。早期予約したため値段もリーズナブルでした。旧市街からは離れていますがバス停は歩いて３分。始発なので必ず座れたのは助かりました。ホテル内のレストランＺＯＥは雰囲気もよく美味しかったです。同じくホテル内のビュッフェ専門のレストランよりは断然ＺＯＥをお勧めします。 空港⇔ホテル間のシャトルサービスは有料（片道４０ユーロ、往復で７０ユーロ）。ＡＵＤＩ大型セダン（Ａ６）での送迎だったので快適でしたが無料送迎を期待していました。 |

レセプションに１人しかいなく、駐車場のキーをかりるのも、後列に並び、一苦労。長期滞在型リゾートホテルのせいかスピード感が不足している様に感じた。ビーチ＝砂浜をイメージして予約したが、実際は砂浜はなく、磯＋プールであり、日本人の感覚では？？？ |

小さい子供連れだったため、プールと海とレストラン、ホテルの部屋とほぼ至近距離だったため、とても便利でした。ホテルの近くから、旧市街に行くバスも出ており、始発だったため席を確保できたので良かったです。夕日が沈むのがとてもきれいに見えて良かったです。ホテルから少し歩くと、いくつかレストランもあり、散歩も出来て良かった。ホテルのプライベートビーチも岩場であったものの、水がとてもきれいで、子供は喜んで海にダイブしていたので良かったです。 バスタブが毎日掃除されなかった。タオルが人数分揃っていなかった。ビーチレストランでの食事が注文してからなかなか出来上がってこなかったこと。1時間くらい待たされた日もあった。 |

海にプールにとてものんびりできました。ただ名前が違うだけで敷地内に4つもホテルがありとても迷いました。 朝食のビュッフェは毎日変わらず種類も少ないので長く滞在するとあきます。バスルームはきれいですがシャワーを浴びると水浸しになり（たぶんバスタブから漏れる）大変でした。アメニティーグッズも補充されなくてちょっと不満です。まわりにレストランもなくホテル内のレストランも大したことがない割に高いです。 |

We had a great room with an awesome view. Large balcony. Staff was friendly. Free parking. 2 computers for free internet. Far from city center but there was a bus stop nearby and it took 20 minutes to get downtown. Clean bus and 2 dollars each way per person. Breakfast was mediocre. Pool was not very fancy. But ocean was right there for a swim. |

Very comfortable hotel with friendly and obliging staff. We were upgraded on arrival which was a surprise bonus! The hotel manager was very accomodating and very hands on with the guests which impressed me. Location was fantastic with bus to old town right outstide the hotel. Stunning views and very peaceful. Breakfast was superb. I would have no hesitation recommending this hotel. |

Tried to be very accommodating, but had a problem with room mixup which made it very difficult to resolve with other traveling group The resturant "Zoe" - had to leave as food was not good at all and not what was stated in the menu. For such a nice location, the waiter was in a rush and so tried to rush us |

I got an upgrade to the new section of the hotel called Importanne resort suites, which is 5 stars, for the same money. The air condition in the room wasn't strong enough. |

Nice location/ocean view, plenty of chairs and free umbrellas at the poolside area, good breakfast, close to bus service to Old town. Friendly staff. |

Hotel is situated inside resort club. A bit far from the center but there is direct local bus bound for old town. As hotel is situated inside resort club area, we could enjoy hotel stay in pool, private sea zone(no sand beach) and good sea-view at breakfast. |

The location was fantastic. The room was lovely.The bus stop so close was great. The food was of a poor standard for the star rating. Some staff where great but a good 50% of staff where unwilling to help if you wern't spending large amounts of money and seemed over worked and fed up. |

Friendly and very helpful staff and management. So nice to find another country where people have an English sense of humour. They seem to turn the aircon off at night - this might be worth checking |

We booked a sea view but in reality as we ended up on the ground floor our sea view was actually a tree view - we complained but they refused to move us. they told us that all of the other rooms on the upper floor were in use which was not true. The day after we arrived a full bus full of people left and new bus arrived and they all moved into the floors above us - I watched them do it. |

The suite was definate 5 star, the view was absolutely spectacular, the staff were extreme friendly and communication was no barrier. The two restaurants had a great selection of meals. The hotel was in a great location and within walking distance to most areas. Not a big issue but the pools were not heated. |

El personal es excelente. La localización muy buena, ya que está frente al mar. Teníamos reservada una habitación con vistas al jardín y al viajar con una niña de dos años y medio y no haber muchos clientes, nos pusieron en una suite. Quizá le falla un poco el bufet del desayuno. |

Tiene acceso a una zona de baño bastante agradable (no es playa). El desayuno lo sirven en una terraza con vistas al mar. Las habitaciones muy esciosas y limpias. Nos ha encantado. |
