It is close to the airport and the citycentre is not too far. Unfortunately the non-smoking room was smelling cigarettes and the bathroom was not cleaned properly. I found dirty glasses in the mini bar. Sometimes the waiters made faces when we asked a cup of tea.

The hotel has no frills, but it was a very good and comfortable option to stay one night close to the airport. The room and bathroom were quite typical for a good hotel. Free garage parking was a huge plus. Absence of wi-fi in the rooms (wifi is in the reception area, while rooms have vlan cable so do bring adaptor for Mac). No king-size bed in deluxe double. No info available in the room on the hotel's spa services. Room description on booking.com was far from what the hotel offered.

Staff spoke English, very pleasant and helpful staff,I actually slipped on the steps of the hotel in the wet weather and badly sprained & fracturured my foot, the staff were lovely and gave me ice. Thank you, I am going to Doctor again today.back in Australia. The taxi is great convenience also and very friendly. Airport and Bus access good for travellers.If we came back to Zagreb we would staff with Aristos and will definitely recommend to any of our Australian friends. Thank you Nothing that I can think of we had an enjoyable stay with our family.

We choose Hotel Aristos primarily for its close location to the airport and free parking because we had an really early flight. We drove into the city center for dinner (only like ten - fifteen minutes). It was great. It was extremely nice and we enjoyed lounging outside the bar. We also got massages at the spa and were very pleased. It was great. I would absolutely recommend it to someone who would like a nice, very comfortable, clean hotel near the airport with great customer service.

The room was clean. This hotel is actually 4.5 miles from the airport, not the 2.5 listed by booking.com. The cost of the shuttle is $20 (100 kunas.)

Excellent service. Excellent location， 5 mins ride from the airport. The hotel taxi driver waited for us for 2 hrs during midnight due to the fact that my flight was delayed. The staff at the reception desk was extremely helpful. Will definitely recommend this hotel to others visiting Zagreb.

they had wonderfully, fluffy, thick, large towels. So many hotels cheap out on this feature. It was very close to the airport, therefore a good businessman's overnighter. We enjoyed that as we turned in the car ahead at the airport and it was just a wee taxi ride to/from the hotel.

In addition to #1 answers...we loved the convenience, cleanliness, the food, and the most agreeable staff! Stewart & Linda Tittle, Klamath Falls, Oregon (We had two nights stay in 442 and 242 a week apart coming/going from Croatia.) Your Handicapped room(s) needed grab bars in the shower and around the bathroom. The Flat Screen tv mounted on the wall needs to swing for viewing from the bed. Wst & lmt

We loved the proximity to the airport which is why we chose the Aristos. We had a lovely, quiet room. We also loved being able to walk through a "local" neighborhood after a delicious dinner at the "Turk" restaurant next door. Eating local food and enjoying local life on our last night in Croatia was wonderful. We were disappointed that the AC did not work and we were very hot for our sleep.

Proximity of my room to the SPA, good restaurant, nice vanilla smell. The access to the SPA part of the hotel from the reception. It looks that you are using a emergency lift although you are going to the most fancy part of the hotel

Good location if you have a car. Enough parking. Far from city center but close to airport. Local transport not far. Deluxe rooms very nice, newly decorated and spacious. Huge bed, medium hardness, perfect. Breakfast is superb, dinner was very good quality and not so expensive, 3 courses/drinks I had for about 20 euros. A Mini-market is 1 minute away with cheap drinks/snacks. Nice staff. Building feels new and clean. Been here 2 times and it is my favorite Hotel in Zagreb. No wifi in rooms, but cable internet available. No ice machines. Expensive Mini-bar.
