Excellent Service, the quality of room is exceptional, internet and oher services are very good

the amount of elevators is a bit confusing if you want to find your room in a hurry

This was a very good hotel, easy to find just off the main road network which suited me as I was travelling through Croatia on a motorcycle trip. The public areas and the rooms were in excellent condition and very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful

Whilst the location was great for me it might be too far out from the city if the purpose of your stay was to visit Zagreb

* Hotel Aristos is far away from the center of Zagreb, but close to the airport, so a good choice for a last night before leaving the country. * Nice breakfast - except for the cold drinks... chemical tasting stuff

Aristos is supposed to be a four star hotel, however: * Hotel staff is very unfriendly & unwelcoming and seems to have a quota on the amount of words to use when talking to a guest. * Energy saving features are implemented to a ridiculous level: hallways and other public areas are barely lighted (almost in the dark) * Very cold, unpleasant atmosphere * Rooms have very chemical pine tree smell * In the first room we got, internet wasn't working (cabled), we had to switch rooms for that

Hotel Aristos is one of the best Hotels I've ever stayed in: regardless of price. We have stayed there twice in the last month, as we travelled from Prague to the Croatian coast. We were looking for good, reasonably priced accomodation near the highway. And chose Aristos for that reason. We were very pleasantly surprised by the Hotel itself, the food, the price - and most of all the friendliness of the staff. To a person, they were helpful, cheerful and professional. We can recommend the Aristos to anyone staying in the Zagreb area.

Room was very nice and meet all our needs. Staff was friendly and efficient. Excellent location in relation to airport and city.

Everything, but, more specifically, nearness to airport, friendly and helpful staff, on site parking, free Wi Fi and value for $$$ and good size rooms.

No wifi in room. But, lan is supported. Otherwise, good enough to spend a night in Zagreb.

The room, the service and amenities were all excellent. We needed to stay near the airport for an early morning flight, and the Aristos was very well located.

The wireless was only active on the reception and 1st floor. Fortunately my room was 1st floor. I was not accying a laptop, just a tablet PC, so I could not use the cable network.

Het hotel licht dicht bij de luchthaven en als je een vroege vlucht hebt is dit altijd meegenomen.

Der Preis ist zu hoch für die Lage und die Ausstattung

Große Zimmer, schöne Einrichtung, 1a Matrazen, Kopfkissen und Decken, ruhig, leise Klimaanlage, man kann aber auch die Fenster öffnen. Frühstück ist sehr gut, es gibt knusprige Brötchen, heißen Kaffee und viel frisches Obst.

during the check out at the beginning it seems there was a problem with VISA server connection, then luckily the payment was regularly processed.

Wij verbleven in dit hotel omdat we 's anderendaags een vroege vlucht hadden. De ligging hiervoor is dus ideaal want op nog geen tien minuutjes sta je aan de luchthaven. Het personeel is professioneel en vriendelijk. Op ontbijt en avondeten valt niets op te merken, dik in orde. Sateliet tv is voorzien en je kan onder andere naar bvn kijken. Interessant om op reis eens naar Het Journaal te kunnen kijken.
