Location was close to old city. Terrible room. Very new but very basic. No hair dryer. No safe. Basic small bed (double). Ugly back building. Entrance appeared to be for the cleaning staff. Low cost materials. Very disappointed. Neighborhood was just 'OK'. Staff would not agree to move us to the main hotel building. Staff said others have complained. Advertising on booking.com does not reflect actual facilities. Breakfast room smelled of fish. Staff told us we could not change our reservation with booking.com because we would not get our money back. Makes for a very unhappy customer when these things cannot be correct through the booking agent. |

It was 15 minutes walk to the centre The hotel was overpriced; it is not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination; the room was noisy; the staff were less than helpful. |

Everything was new and clean and there was air-conditioning. Breakfast buffet sounded fabulous, but unfortunately had early flight. Hotel was kind enough to pack a generous breakfast box to take with me. Bathroom could have been a little brighter but still was ok |

The bed was huge and very comfortable. The room was a good size with a nice bathroom. The overal appearance of the hotel was very stylish. The reception staff varied between extremely helpful and rather unhelpful. |

Room was of a very good standard and clean. Staff were reasonably friendly and helpful. The parts of the breakfast that were supposed to be hot were cold. (e.g fired eggs were cold) |

o quarto do anexo em que nos colocaram na primeira noite nao se compara com os quartos do corpo principal do hotel pois o acesso e feito exclusivamente por escadas,as roupas de cama e banho sao de qualidade inferior e o preco e praticamente igual. |

本館と別館に分かれており、別館はモーテル風。部屋はデザインホテル風。旧市街まで徒歩１５－２０分。駐車- 場は有料で、ホテル右路地でインターホンでドアを開けてもらうシステム。 シャワーの排水が詰まって流れない。大問題。レストランの夕食は要予約、ただ誰も食べてなさそうだった。 |

El personal es muy amable y el desayuno más que aceptable. Split es una ciudad preciosa... pero en el centro. El hotel está a 15 minutos andando de esa zona y se encuentra en un entorno desagradable. |
