Best Western Art Hotel  

They have a fair priced taxi service to the airport. I also stayed in the main building.

the location was a long way from anything, especially the harbour.

Showers were the type you see in a 5-str hotel. Absolutely wonderful.

There was some difficulty getting to the hotel because we could not find a taxi when we arrived on the ferry. There were taxis around, but they did not want to take short rides - they were only interested in airport fares. So we had to struggle onto a hot crowded bus. This was a poor introduction to Split. And when we asked at reception they denied that they had ever encountered this problem before. That was not believable. Nor were they very helpful when we lost a beach towel which blew off the balcony.Otherwise we liked the hotel which was clean a roomy.

good breakfast and free internet

Room is pretty clean and middle size. Bathroom is huge. Breakfast is 4 of 5. Free parking, ethernet internet in room and 2 computers in lobby. 10 minutes from old city, about 25-30 minutes from the beach by foot.

The rooms and the bathrooms are very spacious and well equiped. The private parking is accessible only to hotel guests. Although the surroundings are not nice, it is just a 15 minutes safe walk to Diocletian's Palace.

I arrived with a collegue and we were upgraded from 3 star annex to the main hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful but not experienced and gave stange travel advise and recommended bad resteaurants.

The remote for the TV was never fixed although I told them about its failure.The breakfast could have been better, that is the coffee.The big bed was not as comportable as it could have been. It had a ridge and valleys in the mattress.The shower was difficult to handle without getting the whole room wet.

Molto pulito e razionale. POsitiva la possibilità di spegnere l'aria condizionata e lasciare aperte le finestre. Comodo l'uso gratuito del pc e internet all'ingresso. Ottimo anche il parcheggio. Facile da raggiungere arrivando a Split dall'autostrada. Al momento della prenotazione ci era stata assegnata camera nella dependance per mancanza di altri posti. All'arivo però c'era posto disponibile nell'edificio principale e siamo stati alloggiati lì direttamente.

Soba je ugodna i kupaonica velika.

Rommene I anneks bygget er små og veldig lytt. Hører både naboer og støy fra hotellet. Prisen er høy I forhold til standard.

Disponibilité et amabilité du personnel.

On achète un hotel avec vue sur mer, mais la vue est réduite par la distance et un rideau d'arbre et surtout l'hotel est directement dans l'alignement de la piste d'aterrissage de l'aeroport voisin: les avions passent à moins de 50m au-dessus de l'hotel. Même si l'insonorisation de la chambre est excellente, nous n'avons pas été informé de cette nuisance, et le prix de la chambre devient de ce fait trés excessif.

Não tem elavador o que obriga a carrgar com as malas. Está virado a nascente mas não tem barreira de luz eficiente pelo que desde o nascer do sol não há forma de dormir com tanta luz a entrar pelo quarto.
