Su ubicación: en un polígono industrial algo alejado del centro y bastante oscuro. La segunda noche además encontré una cucaracha en el baño. El desayuno dejaba bastante que desear y las habitaciones olían a tabaco. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The air con worked well. We discovered the restaurant was surprisingly good one rainy day when we didn't go out. I didn't realise when booking how far out it is - it's a €7-10 taxi ride to the centre. The hotel is in the 'steel girder district' - apart from the distance from the centre this is a very ugly setting. |

The decor is nice and the evening meals are good. There is a laundry service. It had no lift at all. There was access to internet but this was through a laptop and at a charge. The hotel is far awy from public transport. Our window was directly above a service depot where vans were loaded up at 4am - very noisy! |

the behaviour of the staff & the location (it was mentioned that it is nearby the industrial zone - in was in the middle of the zone!) & the aircondition was not working properly and as the staff mentioned it was the same in every room |
