The staff were very kind, patient, attentive and friendly. If we come back to Zagreb, we want to stay at the same hotel. Some facility in the room such as TV, fridge & Safe were too old and out of order. |

In the midway between the central train station and Ben Jelacic square, which are the two important places for this city. The hotel is at 5 minute walking distance to each one. Helpful staff, clean rooms. Very good breakfast with a lot of choice. I recommend this hotel. |

Recommend! Very friendly young staff, good English! The breakfast was super, with cold champagne! Nice bar. Good location: very close to the main square and to the train station, but at the same time very quiet area. The best place to stay when visiting Zagreb! |

We arrived in Zagreb jet lagged and exhausted. The staff were welcoming and the room inviting and quiet. The bed was firm but very comfortable - just what we needed. We enjoyed the breakfast and the buffet dinner. Thank you. We were sorry that you had no vacancies for our return visit. Lack of internet access. |

It was very crean room and good enough space for us. The breakfast was also fine. The receptionist was very kindly. And the rocation is great. We could walk to train station and old town as well. (little bit far from bus terminal, if you have big luggage.) The elevator is small. We needed to carry our luggage, even 4 stars hotel. |

First of all, the location of the hotel is very good, as it is only 2-3 min. walk from the railway station and also it is possible to walk to the old city. The room is not very fancy , but clean enough. The hotel staff is also friendly. |

very friendly and helpful personnel, clean and nice hotel, close to the train station and not far from the center. They could not put a baby bed into the room with a big bed, the bed took prastically all the space. |

Friendly staff and cleanliness. Breakfast was ok. What surprised me a bit is that the entrance was locked when arrived at midnight and had to ring the bell. Probably for security reason but I think it should be kept open. |

Conveniently located hotel, helpful and friendly staff. We were leaving quite early to catch our flight, and they provided a breakfast box. A bit outdated and old fashioned, although well maintained. |
