Staff at desk unhelpful and parking not really available. No convenient place to off load or load luggage. Air conditioning did not work in room and when hotel staff was notified, they were very unconcerned and said there was nothing that could be done about it. |

The situation, close to restaurants and the sea. The friendly staff. Everything is new and clean. It's extremely difficult to park. It's a bit noisy, although the rooms were refurbished the windows weren't and they don't close very well. |

Excellent breakfast, beautiful terrace, that fact they accept pets as I travel with my dog. The pillows were very comfortable, and the view from our room was magnificient. Slippers were not in the room, and air condition did not work; good thing it wasn't that hot... |

View of Adriatic sea was as per the internet picture and was excellent. room size was good. Restaurant staff were good. Parking for car was difficult. We arrived 20 minutes before check in time after a long & arduous drive and the front desk lady was not flexible on this. |

Das Frühstucksterrasse obwohl das Meereblick durch ein davor stehendes Hotel eingeschränkt ist, das Blick von unsere Zimmer war allerdings schön wir konnten über das ganze Bucht schauen. Die Lage hat uns nicht gefallen - allerdings sind die meisten Hotels durch die Kombination von Enge/Autoverkehr beeinträchtigt. |

El hotel está muy nuevo y en una ubicación perfecta. Las habitaciones están muy bien decoradas y no les falta de nada. Las vistas desde pisos superiores son bonitas. El desayuno es bueno y completo. El personal muy simpático. Los ventanales que dan al balcón no cerraban muy bien y se oia algo el ruido de la calle. |

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr, sehr höflich und aufmerksam. Unser Zimmer war super groß und wir durften einen bezaubernden Blick über die ganze Kvarner Bucht genießen. Preis-Leistung = topp ! Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und gut... Auf der Terasse! Einfach toll... Wir kommen wieder!! Das Badezimmer hätte etwas sauberer und gepflegter sein müssen. Die Duschwand war leicht angeschimmelt... Schade! Zudem noch ein kleines Parkplatzproblem. Wir haben keinen Standplatz erhalten und haben zwar etwas weit, aber dafür günstig, öffentlich geparkt! War schon ok... |

La habitación era bastante amplia y cómoda con muy buenas vistas. La situación del hotel es muy buena también. Los precios para comer a la carta en el propio hotel bastante asequibles teniendo en cuenta que tienen un Chef de prestigio. El parking no era tal, tenias que aparcar en la calle frente al hotel y pagar 10 euros por noche por aparcar áhí.Algun miembro del personal con caras largas y poco colaborador/a. |
