Our unique hotel is built near the antique ruins of Diocletians aqueduct and is ideally located in the city centre to suit romantic breaks, cultural holidays and business trips.

This luxury property offers the Comfort Zone Spa Wellness Centre, with free use of the indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi and saunas. Internet access in the rooms and all public areas is also free of charge.

All 101 rooms are soundproofed so you can be sure to get a good night’s sleep. There is an a la carte restaurant and a lobby bar where you can relax in the evenings. Our conference facilities can accommodate groups of up to 100 people.

We are easily reached from all main roads and are only a 10 minute walk to the magnificent Diocletian palace.

Please be informed about the special rates for the Spring City Break - from February 27th till May 27th 2008.

The hotel is beautiful and very modern. Restaurant is one of the best in Split. Pool and Spa are wonderful.

Ultra-modern computer light switches malfunctioned and we had to get someone from maintenance to shut off a circuit breaker so the hall light would go off. Bathroom is beautiful but not well designed for use. There should be towel racks near the sinks.

it is a beautifully designed hotel with lots of thought put into place. nice staff. great breakfast selection.

went to the hotel restaurant, great range of breakfast. however, went there for lunch, and the presentation was poor, soup was spilt and the ice coffee that I ordered looked very tragic. also couldnt find bathrobe in the room. location is a bit far. however, this is more designed for business travellers.

Very attractive new bathrooms, room slightly larger than standard new european hotel, very polite and helpful staff, very attractive lobby, very nice restaurant

the location is not good. too far from the old town; it is in the industrial part of Split. cannot walk to anything. perhaps good for business meetings, but not for a tourist

When we first arrived at the hotel (22nd August) we had a very early flight after arriving at the hotel they told us that our room would not be ready until 2pm, which was fair enough but after arriving back at the hotel at 1.45pm we were told the room was not cleaned and it would be another 20 mins, then it was another 20 mins then another which was extremely frustrating after getting up at 2.30a

I did not like the communication with the cleaning staff and check in. At check out there was also a husband of the staff member drunk and taking up the check in staffs time. It took over 20 mins to check out and for a 5 star hotel that is just not goo enough

the room was nice and clean; it is close to a shopping mall; easy to find when coming from the highway

the breakfast was like at a three stars hotel, the same selection every day, the fruits weren't fresh; also, it is quite far from the old city (20 minutes of walking quite fast).

The rooms were stylish and modern, very big and it all looked really new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great too - adequate selection. The hotel has a large car park which we needed for our hire car. We took a taxi into old town only cost between 40 and 50Kuna about Eur 6 -7. So location was good if you have a car.

The general atmosphere and the Holistic Massage included in the room package.

The breakfast offering does not provide the variety of foods offered at other hotels I have stayed at; I have stayed in 3 Star hotels which in fact offered a better range; for example on only one of the 3 mornings that I stayed was there any fish available.
