It was a stanndard hotel with normal facilities It is a soul-less modern hotel where staff were ok without being particularly helpful - one odd experience was when a member of the restaurant staff told us off for making a sandwich when we were putting aside some food for a member of the group who was missing breakfast - not very pleasant. Also about half an hour's walk from the old town so not very convenient without transport

Friendly staff at reception and the wellness centre, however on each occassion that we ordered room service, the order was wrong - I believe that room service staff may need learn better english and listen actively to the customer's requests/orders so that in future there are no mistakes or misunderstandings. Room service orders being incorrect and also that there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms which most other hotels internationally have as a minimum standard.

we liked the room with the terrace because there was nowhere else to sunbathe. Very helpful staff and also the complimentary spa things. It did not have an outdoor area for relaxing or outdoor pool. The food was OK but not brilliant (coffe was weak, fruit not ripe, expected someone to be cooking fresh in breakfast) It advertises that an airport shuttle is available but these are just taxis that they book for you. the TV's in the rooms are too quiet.

This hotel is perfect if you are using split as a springboard to nearby islands and you are driving a car. It's easy to park and getting bags into the room is a breeze. It's modern, clean and comfortable. Don't expect sweeping vistas or sea views, this hotel is out of the old part and away from the sea but here lies it's benefits too.. You won't get stuck parking a mile away from the hotel because of split heritage laws. There is also a nice wet/dry sauna in the spa and the buffet breakfast is lovely.The town center is a 15 minute walk away.

The best sauna I have ever been to outside Finland! Their "twin room" mean just a standard room with a double bed. For me, a twin room consists of a bedroom and an additional room with furniture such as a sofa or such like.

Svidjela mi se prostranost sobe, takodjer i banje gdje je za razliku od vecine hotela vise nego dovoljno mjesta za smjestit nesesere i odlozit odjecu prije tusiranja.

U to vrijeme, 26.-30.12.2011. bilo je vrlo malo gostiju, pa je i spa-zona s bazenom bila uglavnom slobodna. Nedostatak: nepotpuna ponuda za doručak, npr. nema čajeva, narezanog limuna, ponekad slab izbor kruhova, ostalo super.

Muy buena recepción. Excelente habitación, hall etc. tiene la ventaja de una chica que habla español (bueno argentino) y te facilita cosas.Van muchos hispanoparlantes. Estaba un poco lejos del centro. Pero no es problema si tienes coche o haces un poco de ejercicio. 20 minutos andando.

Hotel muito bem decorado ,o quarto muito espaçoso com um banheiro muito bom e com banheira excelente! Atendimento dos funcionários muito bom! Um pouco longe do centro histórico, mas isto não dificultou nossa estadia. Estacionamento não está incluso no preço.

Een uitstekend hotel met een zeer ruime, schone en luxe kamer. Het ontbijt was van een hoog niveau. Er waren veel extra voorzieningen zoals een prachtig zwembad, sauna's en sportfaciliteiten. De locatie is niet mooi. Het ligt aan een doorgaande weg met winkels voor dagelijkse benodigdheden aan beide kanten van de straat. In die wijk zou je zo'n luxe hotel niet verwachten. Het is ongeveer 15/20 minuten lopen naar de binnenstad. Bij het ontbijtbuffet reageerde een medewerkster onvriendelijk toen de serranoham niet op de juiste wijze werd aangesneden. Dat had absoluut vriendelijker gemogen. Het personeel bij de sauna-/sportfaciliteiten mag zich gastvrijer opstellen. Ze kwamen ongeinteresseerd over.
