Die Zimmer waren nett und sauber! Das Essen abwechlungsreich, mehr als reichlich und sehr gut! Das Servicpersonal sowie das Reinigungspersonal ausgesprochen freundlich! Der Wellnessbereich ist bei Schlechtwetter eine tolle Alternative!! Der Strand ist etwas zu klein und auf die Animation am Strand kann man auch verzichten! Viele Stiegen zum Strand! Manche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption könnten freundlicher sein!! |

molta tranquillità per una settimana rilassante il problema del parcheggio e sistemazione della bicicletta dove mi è stata vietata la sistemazione in Hotel (valore della bicicletta speciale € 6.000,00)sono stato costretto a lasciarla incostudita in macchina . |

La pulizia e la eccellente qualità e varietà della colazione,direi eccellente. La troppa confusione nella recepcion la sera quando sembra diventare una birreria o una sala da ballo.Il personale dovrebbe evitare che ciò accada e dovrebbe esserci un salone apposito e magari insonorizzato |

neu renoviertes, schönes Hotel in toller Lage an einer wunderschönen Bucht und mit tollem Ausblick, der Weg nach Mali Losinj ist wirklich nicht weit. sehr saubere Zimmer, teilweise sehr freundliche Zimmermädchen und Hotelmitarbeiter. netter, kleiner Fitnessraum mit neuen Geräten, wlan in der lobby, lan im zimmer, abreise einen tag früher als geplant ohne weiteres möglich, parkplatz direkt vor d Tü das frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große auswahl, die qualität und die aufbereitung war aber meiner meinung nach nicht 4* entsprechend. Internet war extra zu bezahlen (auch das wlan in der lobby!) - 2 € pro halbe Stunde. NIcht viel, sollte aber bei 4* inkludiert sein! |

Ho apprezzato i servizi e le infrastutture e il centro wellness (personale molto preparato e qualificato). Il posteggio é gratuito ma non é custodito (sistema un po' caotico, pochi posteggi per persone disabili, non sufficienti), la cena e la colazione é presentata sottoforma di buffet molto ricco ma sempre uguale per tutta la durata della vacanza (poco variato, tanto offerto ma poco é curato, un po' sistema di massa). Non si riesce a dormire oltre le 8h00 poiché passano l'aspirapolvere nei corridoi! |

Die schöne Lage im Kiefernwald und nahe am Meer. Es ist auf einem modernen Stand und für ein-zwei Wochen Urlaub gut geeignet. Besonders gut fand ich auch das Angebot an frischen Früchten zu den Mahlzeiten. Die Parksituation und das Be- und Entladen des Gepäcks. Die Zimmer können nur teilweise mit dem Rollwagen erreicht werden. Gerade mit mehreren Koffern ist das Umständlich. Grundsätzlich aber kein wirkliches Problem. |

Die Getränkebestellungen beim Abendessen haben überhaupt nicht funktioniert. Wir hatten die Getränke jeweils immer erst zur Nachspeise serviert bekommen. Kuchen und Bier, na ich weiß nicht!! Die Kellner waren offensichtlich überfordert mir dem Ansturm zum Abendessen. |

traumhaft schöne Lage direkt am Strand und Stadt gut zu Fuß erreichbar, Hatten 2 Zimmer gebucht, das 2.: Der Deckenputz im Badezimmer lag verstreut auf dem Boden, ausgeprägte Schimmelbildung, im Ersatzzimmer roch es auffällig mufflig, in den Korridoren tropfte das Wasser aus der Klimaanlage, das "riecht" etwas nach Baupfusch nach der schnellen Sanierung |
