Great experience from the moment we set foot in the hotel. Very friendly, pleasant, helpful & obliging staff. Gordon himself couldn't have been more helpful in giving advice re local attractions and even gave us his own mobile number in case we ran into any difficulties. The rooms there were stunning & all themed on a flower or a herb. We stayed in Violet which was a beautiful & comfortable room with a sunken bath & a balcony that was lovely anytime of the day but particularly in the evening at sunset. The food at the hotel was very nice, a substantial buffet breakfast in the morning & if you wished an optional 4 course meal in the evening. Overall a very pleasant place to stay, Will return here again in the future. Having to leave to make our way back home to Ireland |

The hotel was beautifully created in a rustic manner. The rooms along with the hotel service was very good. The food was devine and our hosts just lovely. We will certainly being going back. |

We found the Hotel Balatura to be a very charming villa. The manager and his wife go out of their way to accommodate guests, and they speak several languages including German and English. The entire villa staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious and plentiful. We eagerly look forward to our next stay. |

I like everything in hotel Balatura. The room is beautiful and clean and has its style. The staff there are all very helpful and nice. They enjoy life and they love what they are doing. They drove us to different towns and it really helped since we didnt have a car to drive around. People there are sincere. Their service, food, the lavenda, environment are all excellent! Very comfortable place! If you are going to Croatia, you have to see this hotel. My husband lost his wallet on the bus and the hotel owner helped us to contact the bus driver and drove us to get the wallet back. I couldnt ask for a better hotel experience! I highly recommend this hotel. It is far from anywhere. If you have a car, its no problem. otherwise, you need their help to drop you off to the nearest town, Crivenica, and take the bus to other areas. But since the people there are extremely helpful, I didnt mind it was far from anywhere. its worth. I am telling everyone in Hong Kong about this wonderful hotel! |

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und außergewöhnlich persönlich beherbergt und behandelt. Das Frühstück war vielseitig, es wurden diverse selbst gemachte Köstlichkeiten wie Marmelade, Käse, Joghurt, Brot und Säfte angeboten. Die Eier wurden ganz nach persönlichen Wünschen frisch zubereitet. Auch das jeden Abend angebotene 4 Gänge Menü war köstlich. Für unsere Ausflüge bekamen wir sehr gute und zutreffende Empfehlungen, so dass wir in unserem leider nur kurzen Aufenthalt möglichst viel Schönes (insbesondere auf der Insel Krk) sehen konnten. Selbst im Oktober war die Sonne noch herrlich warm. Wir werden gern wieder kommen, um es uns in dieser außergewöhnlichen Atmosphäre des Hotels, mit seinen individuellen Zimmern, gut gehen zu lassen. |

El hotel es excelente en todos los sentidos: habitaciones, desayuno, personal. El dueño habla correctamente español y es encantador. Nos orientó bastante bien para continuar nuestro viaje. Quizá la ubicación para nosotros no era la idónea puesto que estaba un lugar apartado, eso si, muy bonito. |

Dieses Haus hat einen gewissen flair, findet man ansonsten nur mehr in der Toskana. Sehr nette Aufnahme, super Betreuung. Ausgezeichnete Küche, aber für kroatische Verhältnisse zu teuer. |

Zeer vriendelijk en persoonlijk personeel. Mooie ligging. We hadden geluk met de kamer: zeer ruim en zeer mooi ingericht. Niet alle kamers zijn echter zo ruim, houd daar rekening mee. Wireless internet werkte niet (waarom is niet duidelijk geworden want we mochten de pc van het hotel gebruiken). Het geserveerde eten was erg lekker. Mocht het dagmenu je niet aanstaan dan zijn er genoeg restaurants in de buurt. De prijs zeker waard. De toegang tot de parkeerplaats is wel erg smal en steil. Het past allemaal wel maar je moet voorzichtig te werk gaan... |

L'hôtel balatura a été une halte de charme... Les bâtiments de l'hôtel sont magnifiques aménagés avec beaucoup de gout. Tout le personnel est adorable, on y est accueilli de façon formidable par les propriétaires des lieux. Notre diner fut aussi très agréable. Décidément un de nos bons souvenirs de nos vacances Croates ! Notre chambre qui était une suite duplex avec terrasse était un peu chaude le soir, mais la température extérieure était très élevée et dans la nuit elle fut plus fraîche. |

Un accueil chaleureux pour un décor de charme. Hôtel incontournable pour un séjour authentique et tranquile. De plus cet hôtel s'avère disposer d'une excellente table. Ville non présente sur les panneaux de la route côtière donc charmante demeure difficle à trouver. |

Heerlijk hotelletje met zeer vriendelijk personeel. De eigenaar hielp me zelfs met een garage zoeken toen ik pech had met mijn auto. Het enige (maar is echt het enige), dat er niemand engels spreekt. Het was vervelend te communiceren met soms handen en voeten... |

Wunderschönes und sichtlich mit Liebe geführtes Hotel. Selbst die kleinsten Details stimmen. Jedes Zimmer ist anders und einzigartig. Die Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich freundlich, offen und zuvorkommend. Zudem gibt es sehr gutes Essen (alles frisch vom Markt und selbst gekocht). Leider war es während unserem Aufenthalt nachts ungewöhnlich heiss und das Hotel verfügt nicht über eine Klima-Anlage. |
