The location on the beach next to Le Meridien Lav was excellent, and it was only a short (approx. 10 minute) drive into Split. Some of the appliances in our kitchenette were not clean - the interior of the coffeemaker and the teapot were both encrusted with some kind of residue. They also appeared to have an insect problem - we were provided with a bug-zapper in the apartment, but I still got over 15 bug bites while staying in the room. |

Great location with access to beautiful beach. Make use of the Le Meridien Hotels facilities, even if it's just a snset cocktail ! The main road was very busy and almost impossible to cross, but luckily apartments are sheltered from the noise |

There was very little to be positive about... The only thing was that the girl behind the reception was friendly. The complex where the apartments are based, has five (5) receptions of which four (4) where unmanned. So, it was not clear where to go to. If I had any questions, there was no one there. I would not recommend it, just because of the service. |

Well appointed apartment with comfortable seating in sitting room. It had a jug! It is set back off the road so it is quiet. It had a balcony with chairs and a good clothes drying line. Nice beach very close (no road to cross) and just a 10 min drive into Split. A good place to relax and explore Split, Trogir, Omis and the off shore islands. A reasonable price. Only 2 electric burners to cook on. No microwave. No internet but you can use the excellent wireless internet at the neighbouring Le Meridien Lav for free. |

the apartment was quiet, clean and quite large, it was away from the road, which was quite busy at times, we had a view of the tennis courts which was quite nice. Our Loo seat was broken when we arrived so we told the receptionist and within minuites the handyman was there with a new seat, replaced immediatly with no fuss or wait, excellent service! At first a little confusing, you have to go through the Hotel gates and follow road around to the aparments reception, you have 20 mins free parking in the Hotel, you then have to drive out throught the controled gate back to the road, turn right drive about 200 yards and turn into a gap in the hedge, over some rough ground then drop down on a concreate road to the apartments, parking was quite tight, especially when car park was full as there is no turn point so you have to either reverse out or in which is a bit tricky when you don't drive left hand drive often. apart from that little niggle every thing was good. |

nice location, beautiful nature, clean beach, friendly staff very small bathroom, no shelves to place things. water heater doesn't provide enough hot water for 3-4 persons. no iron facilities. |

The location was great. Just outside Split with an easy drive into city center. Also near Omis. It was very comfortable, air conditioning was great and the balcony in our room was a great touch. The dishes in our room were not cleaned from the previous guests |

Great location close to the beach, a discount we were offered to use the spa facilites of the Le Meridien Lav Hotel*****, cosy apartment, kitchenette and balcony was actually all we needed. Facilites spotlessly clean, appreciated private parking area. |

Good bus link into split. Very clean. Close proximity to the sea. Able to use the facilities in the nearby hotel, which had a good restaurant to eat, that was not overly expensive. One of the woman and her husband who worked at the apartments were very helpful to us when we had a wasps nest on our balcony. The room was very dimly lit, lack of services eg shop, reception shut early, so if any problems like a wasps nest that we had, had to wait until next day. Not many bars, eateries in close proximity. |

Close proximity to beach, friendliness and help of office staff (Natasha), small but functional kitchen area. Missing small amenities like dish rack and detergent, difficult to find. |

Very nice apartment, family friendly, having access to the activities and the pools at the Le Meridien was super as we were bringing kids it should have been informed that you need a car in the area, sometimes difficult with all the stairs having an infant and a stroller |

access to the beach. We were able to access hotel facilities such as dining, pool, bars, etc. Being just a short bus ride to the city gave us easy access but also provided seclusion from city noise, etc. Although we were kindly offered internet access in the office, access in our own apartment would be better. |

Die Appartments sind sehr nah am Strand und sind sehr schön angelegt. Angenehm ist auch die Größe des Appartments (zwei Zimmer, recht geräumig). Die Nähe zum Le Meridien ist hervorragend - für sehr faire Preise kann man hier die komplette Spa-Einrichtung (Sauna, Pools, etc.) nutzen. Die Organisation ist nicht zufriedenstellend - alles wird mehr oder weniger per SMS/Telefon abgewickelt, es gab (anfang Oktober) keine besetzte Rezeption, keinen Ansprechpartner etc. Jedoch, bei Anliegen konnte eine Nummer gewählt werden, die auch Hilfe brachte. |
