very clean breakfast ends already at 9.30 breakfastroom depressing with curtains in front of all windows (like it was in many former eastern europe countrys before). Furniture from the eighties in the breakfastroom. Safty not ok with many doors unguarded into the hotel.

Easy access to the water. Clean room. No airconditioning in the room made our July stay very uncomfortable, day and night. It is hard to sleep when the room temoerature cannot be reduced. Having the door to the balcony open all night made little difference. Parking, even though free, is sometimes hard to find during busy times. The cost of internet access was extremely high at 5 euros per hour. In most hotels where we have stayed internet access is free.

Fast check in, good service at reception desk. The room was ok. I didn´t like the early check out time (10.00) and that breakfast wasn´t served after 09.30

Nice, big room nothing else When we come in hotel they didn¨t have our on line reservation . the hotel staff is very unprofessional and very discourteous .

Close to the beach on saturday at 9h there were almost no food for breakfast left, eventhough breakfast should last until 9.30h

Near the beach. Good breakfast and dinner. No sauna or pool or other facilities. The woman at the reception desk was rude. We must wait until two to get the keys but beside that a new group without boking get the keys earlier. The hotel has no climatic system in the rooms and as I saw the hotel is under developmemt.

Since price is very reasonable room is clean, adequate size with ok furniture....sea view part of hotel is nicer Breakfast only till 9.30...helllou....its summer time, holiday time...should be until 11....we travel a lot and was never in hotel that breakfast is served only till 9:30....please change

Room was modern except for small very old fashioned TV. Breakfast choice was good with very pleasant location. NO AIR CONDITIONING in room at 38 degrees C - could not sleep well at all. I had assumed given that it had been recently refurbished it would have had this - it didn't. Dinner was very very average for 10 euros each with no drink (pudding was small pieces of cake - not even any ice cream as the fridge was empty) - overall at 94 euros for one night including dinner for two was poor value for money. Only just managed to park my car with one free space left. It was also noisy at time with many children running down corridors etc. It looked good but significantly disappointed.

The room was lovely, nice size, comfy bed. Nice bright hotel. Hotel provides parking disc for the car, which is great as its very pricey to park for a whole day or more! Nightmare to get parking - you have to park just anywhere you can find it! We parked in a no-parking area but it was apparently tolerated by the local authorities! Breakfast wasnt great - huge room, hundreds of people - rather like mass animal feeding! Quality was less than good, but at least it was included!

Its located right next to the sea. We got a free upgrade from "park view" to "sea view", nothing spectacular, but ok. In high season (July-Aug) impossible to find "free parking" spots. Hotel only partly renovated. High season prices way too high for what it offers. Extra mini tv in room. Breakfast terrible, choice minimal or even none. Wi-Fi with extra good reception quality, but way too expensive.Rooms without air-conditioning, you feel like in an oven. Normal showers result with a flood in our bathroom - tub not installed properly. Bed was noisy, squeaky...

The hotel was horrible. The room was big but very old. Old bed, courtine, carpert...really very bad! The location was also horrible. Makes you feel like to be in a public camping...but paying a hotel price. Parking place: no comments! Luck you if you get a slot to park your car! The breakfast was included...means, we payed fot that but it was just impossible to eat what was offered. It was so bad that my boyfriend and I went everyday to a coffee house to get something in the morning. Just can't recommend the hotel and the location around!

Good location, near to the beach. Big rooms, new bathrooms. Nice balcony, very friendly and professional reception Breakfast of very bad quality, if you plan going there please spend 30 Kunas more for a good breakfast in the restaurantants at the beach. Room service tried to get into the room without knocking on the door, very difficult parking situation, ask at the reception for a key to a seperat parking space. Dirty carpet in the corridor, strange smell, elevator made very scary noises. No aircondition

Too expensive for such kind of hotel, awful breakfast, no AC, all hotel and room was oldfashion, with very old and bad smelling furniture. Non smokers room smelt like smokers room.
