Staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. The hotel was very clean, quiet and peaceful. Relaxing atmosphere. Gym was too small with only five pieces of equiptment.

Absolute everything. Especially the concierge Robert who helped us a lot with great ideas and amazing places to eat. I asked for a doctor, and the only one was not reachable, so i went to a hospital that they showed me i spent a looooots of money for a dry coff.

Staff were pleasingly responsive and friendly and the balcony setting was near perfect. The restaurant is well run and designed but the cuisine for dinner was randomly conceived and not up to the mark. My only gripe!

The attitude and helpfulness of the staff. the free wifi and the location and amazing beach. Only water in the room from the minibar.

luxury relaxation 5star all round, buffet brekie had everything.. would defo highly recommend room with balcony for the unreal views.. lovely 15min stroll either way to old city or marina/port.. class all round.. snobby guests

An excellent view from the balcony. Well situated relatively close to the old town - within walking distance but with a steep hill to negotiate on return leg. Short taxi ride from old town up the hill to the hotel is excessively expensive. Staff very friendly and obliging, breakfast quality very good, and rooms very clean. Highly recommended venue.

The hotel is excelent. Well located, just 15 minutes walking from the old city. The breakfast was excelent, good variety of items. The staff was friendly.

Very nice room, fantastic view, great location. We liked the pool and spa facilities, the breakfast was good, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Beautiful hotel at a fairly good price. The shower stall floor is not reinforced, and it flexes when you step on it. The bracket that holds the shower head was broken. The rails that hold the shower stall walls in place was flimsy and moved when you tried to hang towels on it. We expect high prices in the room's mini-bar, but these were a bit excessive.

Beautiful hotel in an amazing location on cliff overlooking sea. Breakfast wide variety very nice even meal was very good, staff friendly, spa very nice. Bedroom spacious very comfortable and well stocked bathroom. Windows leaked due to stormy rain on 2 nights, towels were only thing supplied to remedy it. Pool temperature is quite cold. Distance to old town is 1.6km uphill walk alittle uncomfortable for a pregnant woman of 7 months.

Great get away for my pregnant wife for a few days and the hotel was great! Because it was off peak it was a steal in price! She said she wasn't mad about the breakfast but it was grand in my opinion! It's definitely a 15 min walk to old town and worse on the way back but taxi are easily got! Great spot !

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We had an issue with TV in our room and it was sorted out very quickly. Free parking was available at this time of year. The choice of food served for breakfast should be more varied for this hotel class.
