Not a single thing The staff were very rude, not helpful at all, booked a sea view room and received a tree view room that they list as a sea view, this is typical of 80% of there rooms listed as sea view which in fact do not have a seaview |

Hotel was in a pretty good location with an easy stroll to the water. also good proximity to supermarket and restuarants Room was pretty tired and very basic (no airconditioning). Service could have been more efficient. |

Struttura fatiscente dell'edificio annesso, assenza di aria condizionata e rumore continuo esterno durante la notta dovuto all'impianto di aerazione centralizzato dell'edificio principale. Condutture liquami di scarico a vista, poste nei pressi dell'area giochi bimbi, emananti puzza e dirette a mare aperto. Probabile assenza di impianti depurazione. Colazione di qualità scadente. |

En general todo. Las vistas, los accesos,...Se trata de un hotel con solera de Orebic, a escasos 500 m del embarcadero del ferry a Korcula. Tiene piscina y playa casi privada. Le falta alguna operación de rehabilitación por dentro. El inodoro no estaba muy limpio y la tapa era de madera (la humedad había hecho el resto). El desayuno de lo más pobre que he visto. |

absolutamente todo. teniamos una reserva de una habitacion superior con vistas al mar y nos dieron la peor de todas, con vistas a un ascensor atronador, y nada limpia, porque "estaba todo el hotel completo" y "la culpa era nuestra" y eso que teniamos reserva...las empleadas de la recepcion nos dieron un ultimatum diciéndonos que "era la ultima oportunidad", o eso o que nos buscaramos otro hotel a las 11 de la noche...del desayuno por supuesto ya ni hablamos...ni tampoco del cuarto de baño de las habitaciones ni las camas, que eran pésimos... |

La situación delante de la playa Quie en principio nos pusieron en el Anexo sin aire acondicionado y la habitación y baño muy poco confortable y antiguo. Al reclamar nos dieron una del propio hotel algo mejor y con aire. |

Uns hat das Haus und Zimmer nicht gefallen - es war sehr runtergekommen, schmutzig, im Bad kaputtes Waschbecken, Licht ungenügend - eine schwache Lampe. Kühlschrank sehr alt und verdreckt. In den Betten keine einzige Bettunterlage, nur Bettlaken! Kein Meeresblick, da zugewachsen von Bäumen. Wir haben sofort reklamiert und haben in ein anderes Hotel letztendlich gewechselt - Preisleistungsverhältnis stimmte in dem Maase nicht, dass wir fast für den gleichen Preis in dem anderen Hotel Halbpension bekommen haben!!! |

Rien Chambre très salle (pas de nettoyage de printemps depuis la précédente saison donc insectes, cheveux, poussières ...), nettoyage quotidien sommaire, peu d'entretien des appartements (rideaux défaits, rouille dans la douche...), peu d'écoute du personnel suite aux remarques, haies amenant de nombreuses guêpes (pas top pour les enfants), ... |
