You feel very welcome at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Rooms are very nice, spacious and the beds are very comfortable.The staff speak very good English.Extremely nice breakfast! |

Very friendly staff, with lots of good tips about Dubrovnik, convenient location close to a major bus station. 10 minutes by bus to the city center, free Parking in garage Service level not up to international 3 star standard, during a 3 night stay the towels were not changed once without requesting it, cleaning of the room very poor. |

It is a small hotel, fairly new, staff are great, location is away from the old town but accessible easily via a short bus trip. |

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were clean with plenty of drawers and hanging space and the breakfast was very nice. |

If you are thinking of bus transit, it is convenient as it takes only 15min by walk from the bus terminal (although you have to climb up the mild slope). Receptionist was very helpful. Nothing particular. But this hotel may not be suitable for those wishing to visit the old city centre of Dubrovnik as you need to take local buses to get there. |

Family management worked as a great team; wonderful atmosphere; priority care for guests wellbeing. Very clever use of small site to create first class architectural concept to maximise outlook/comfort for guest accmmodation. Good lighting, too. Unfortunately, site constraints made it impossible to include a pool. |

The reception clergy were really helpful with everything we've asked. They are not cleaning the bathroom and changing the towels every day. |

Although it was out of the centre, it was easy to get to the old town. If you were fortunate to get a room at the front on the fourth floor as we did, the view was stunning. |

Comfortable hotel. Freshly cooked hot breakfast if required. Hotel staff eager to help, any problems were quickly resolved. Hotel Minibus collected us and deliviered us to airport for a fair charge and would also take/collect us from Old Town if required. Shared balcony, no kettle in the room |

Made very welcome. No problem to answer any questions about buses or restuarants. Breakfast was really nice a great choice of fresh fruit. |

lovely one bedroom suite with balcony and gorgeous views of harbour. very clean and modern, beautiful decor, immaculately clean and spacious, quite luxurious and with a family personal feel to the hotel service. very professional family run hotel. beautiful breakfasts too. excellent value for money. |

The staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent- fresh fruit and cooked to order omlette and scrambled eggs. Transport to the Old town was easily accessible and cheap |

Very clean room, quiet. Felt rushed to check-out, even though was unwell and missed breakfast, staff were unsympathetic. Location quite far out of Dubrovnik which is not really made clear. |

Great location beside Gruz Port,staff were very friendly and efficient, we were late arriving & were made fell very welcome. Breakfast was very good. Overall good value for money- will be back |

The room was comfortable, bed really comfortable and very good shower. Staff very helpful. Good position overlooking the harbour. Underground car park was usefull. There were not many good restaurants nearby. |

The staff friendliness, the room, the views, the breakfast. It made our stay nice and relaxing. Not that there isn´t anything I didn´t like but we felt the mattresses of the beds were a bit soft and we woke up with pains in our backs but that is a matter of opinion that varies from person to person. |
