very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast cooked to order if required with toast or help youself continental ,coldmeats cheese fruit yoghurts etc .. Airport pick up and drop off nice way to start and end your holiday. Many thanks to all the family and staff at the Berkeley we had a wonderful holiday and would recommend it to anyone. couldnt fault anything |

Excellent location, very pleasant helpful staff, good size airy bedroom. Not a criticism but I think fridge in room could be stocked with drinks and snacks payble on your bill if used |

Services, including airport pickup and breakfast, were friendly and efficient. The breakfast with excellant coffee and cooked to order eggs and side orders was the best we had in Croatia. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The hotel itself is not in a tourist area, but the bus journey to Dubrovnik or Lapad is quick and frequent. The location is ideal if moving on by ferry from the port. |

All the staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful in a completely natural and sincere way and it was like "home from home" .Everywhere was spotlessly clean,the situation was pleasant and very convenient and also quiet.It is only a short bus trip to the old town but I enjoyed walking in each day (about 30 minutes).It is very close to the bus station and tourist information and Gruz harbour is attractive and not a bit noisy or scruffy. There was nothing I could possibly have disliked ! |

friendly helpful staff, nice room, good bed, good shower, good breakfast, decent coffee. short walk to the active port and about 20 minute walk to old town. a very nice hotel. cheap toilet paper. really, that's all! |

Breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly. The pick up from the airport was very efficient and very informative. Not a lot of seating area downstairs to relax in a foyer. |

The staff was very helpful. They provided us with information on use of the local transit system, finding destinations and arranging transportation to the airport. They made us a wonderful coffee and juice when we were unable to stay for the normal hotel breakfast. The room was clean, modern and comfortable, as well as quiet. The air conditioning was alittle weak, but adequate. |

I cannot fault this hotel in any way. We opted to book our airport transfer to and from the hotel using their service, which I'd highly recommend. Nothing is to too much trouble, Katarina makes you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. |

The staff were amazing. We hd a fantastic experience at this hotel and I would reccomend it to anyone who is visiting Dubrovnik. Our transport home was delayd and the manager allowed us to have a late check out which really was helpful. The room we were in was spacious, modern and very comfortable. All in all, a fantastic hotel. |

We were delighted with the welcome and the friendly service given. Very helpful indeed. We would recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Dubrovnik, convenient to public transport and to shopping in the city. We were very surprised and impressed with the delicious breakfast included in the price and the excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful and affordable. Nothing at all. |
