部屋が広く、快適で、なによりスタッフが非常に親切で丁寧。 旧市街から少し離れていて、市バスに乗らなければならない。しかし、フェリー港や、長距離バスターミナルか- らは近く、ある意味便利とも言える。 |

定評どおり、すごく快適な時間が過ごすことができた。アットホームで過ごしやすく、きれいで清潔感のある部- 屋は良く、特に朝食でできたての卵料理とサイド2品がたのめるので、非常に豪華な朝食であった。長距離バス- ステーションから近く、旧市街までもバスが頻繁に出ているので、ロケーション的にも良かった。 タオル類が二日に一回の交換なので、毎日だとなおいいと思う。 |

スタッフが親切であった。バスターミナルからから近く、旧市街もバスやタクシーで10分程度。タクシーでは- 70クーナくらいであった。 タオルを毎日変えない2日に1回。掃除がざつ。 |

バスターミナルから徒歩１０分弱、旧市街へは近くのバス停から市バスで１０分弱で立地もまずまずです。ダブ- ルルームを利用しましたが、部屋は広すぎるくらいで、とても清潔です。朝食は、温かいものは注文を聞いてか- ら作ってくれます。目玉焼きを食べましたが、黄身が半熟でとてもおいしかったです。 特別不満はないですが、部屋に冷蔵庫がないことぐらいでしょうか。 |

1泊だけなのでなんとも言えませんが、応対が非常に素気なかった印象です。 レビューに書かれてあった通り、探し難いので表の道に表示を出してくれるといい。看板も小さい。 |

立地はバス停に近いし、城壁内の旧市街まで１０分に一本は来るバスで１０分以内で着けるので、便利。部屋も- 広くて、清潔で素敵でした。朝食も十分な物で、卵料理はテーブルについてからオーダー聞いてくれます。出発- が早朝でしたが６時には待っていてくれて、卵料理以外は食べさせてくれました。全般にスタッフも含めて、と- てもよい印象です。お勧めです。 |

友人３人と泊まりました。エキストラベットは、ソファーベットでしたが、女子だったので、さほど窮屈には感- じませんでした。窓からの眺めがすばらしく、広くて清潔で、スタッフの対応もとてもよかったです。８番バス- 乗り場が目の前で、旧市街から帰るのに便利でした。（行きは、坂を少しくだった1Ａ1Ｂバスを利用しました- ） |

旧市街まではバスを使う距離ですが、、長距離バスターミナルからは歩いて５分程度なので、遅い到着時や早朝- 出発のときに便利な場所です。朝食の卵料理は付け合わせなどを選べて、調理してくれるのがうれしかった。ス- タッフの方もとても親切です。 |

スプリットの旧市街地からも徒歩で５分ほどで着きます。近くにはショッピングや食事も楽しめ、非常に良い立- 地です。ホテル内もとても綺麗でアメニティも完備されています。ホテルスタッフも親切です。 若干、ホテルまでの道順が分かりにくいです。 |

You feel very welcome at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Rooms are very nice, spacious and the beds are very comfortable.The staff speak very good English.Extremely nice breakfast! |

Very friendly staff, with lots of good tips about Dubrovnik, convenient location close to a major bus station. 10 minutes by bus to the city center, free Parking in garage Service level not up to international 3 star standard, during a 3 night stay the towels were not changed once without requesting it, cleaning of the room very poor. |

If you are thinking of bus transit, it is convenient as it takes only 15min by walk from the bus terminal (although you have to climb up the mild slope). Receptionist was very helpful. Nothing particular. But this hotel may not be suitable for those wishing to visit the old city centre of Dubrovnik as you need to take local buses to get there. |

Family management worked as a great team; wonderful atmosphere; priority care for guests wellbeing. Very clever use of small site to create first class architectural concept to maximise outlook/comfort for guest accmmodation. Good lighting, too. Unfortunately, site constraints made it impossible to include a pool. |

Although it was out of the centre, it was easy to get to the old town. If you were fortunate to get a room at the front on the fourth floor as we did, the view was stunning. |

Comfortable hotel. Freshly cooked hot breakfast if required. Hotel staff eager to help, any problems were quickly resolved. Hotel Minibus collected us and deliviered us to airport for a fair charge and would also take/collect us from Old Town if required. Shared balcony, no kettle in the room |
