localização, estacionamento privativo Viajámos com 2 crianças e fizeram-nos escolher entre ter um berço no quarto ou um sofá cama. Optámos pelo berço, e qual não é o nosso espanto, quando ao entrar no quarto encontramos um sofá cama, e o berço cabia perfeitamente. Voltámos a insistir, e recusaram-se a fazer a cama no sofá! Só poderiamos ter cama para 1 das crianças! Também não há ninguém para ajudar a carregar a bagagem. |

Large roomy suite. Staff were extremely helpful. Good breakfast although the addition of toast for British and North Americans would be nice. Five minutes walk from ferry terminal. Hotel arranged excellent tours and transfer for us at reasonable cost. A bit further from old town than we anticipated, but transfers were easy and cheap by public transit five minutes walk away. |

The breakfast staff were terrific, especially the person who waited on us. She was extremely personable and engaging and gave us a lot of helpful touring hints. Delightful woman. Newness of the hotel. Great view of the new port.Easy bus connection to Old Town.Parking on premises at no additional charge. Overrated as 4 star hotel for the money. Rooms not cleaned daily. Cold greeting upon checkin but a lot warmer as visit progressed.Would not recommend as a 4 star stay at current rates. |

I would definitely recommend the Berkeley, staff was wonderful and the hotel is a remarkable value. Very large, clean rooms, nicely comfortable. |

The hotel is only 1 yr old and it shows. The physical condition is excellent, the staff could not do enough for us. The food was excellent, the room and mattress are very comfortable, the hotel is very clean and well maintained throughout. The Service we received from the Mgn't, Breakfast staff, Front Desk and Airport Driver were top notch. One of the best accommodations I have experienced! |

Comfortable beds, brilliant view, rooms well presented. The most expensive hotel I have every stayed at. The size of the room and hotel services and facilities were not up to standards for the price. I have stayed in five star hotels across europe for less. |

The standard of accomodation was excellent for the price, the staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was good with frequent buses to the old town (or you could walk 40 mins) and the hotel is also close to the harbour for boat trips to other islands. |

The hotel staff were very kind. Rooms were nice and spacious...and the view of the port was lovely. The breakfast was good. For the price we paid for this hotel, I was not completely satisfied with our stay. The location wasn't great...I would have rathered paid a bit more money to stay closer to Old Dubrovnik. I also didn't like the fact that they charged guests for using the internet in the lobby. When paying $155 EURO a night to stay in a hotel, I would expect free internet service. |
