Hotel Biokovo  

We loved the balcony. It was huge (at least the one on the side looking on biokovo).

We came to hotel at 20.30 pm (outside of season) and the hotel restaurnat was open till 21.00.

Pleasant and convenient hotel, with all necessary facilities. The hotel is right on the harbour with boat trips departing opposite the hotel. The accommodation was good, clean and the staff friendly and helpfull. The food was varied and good. A very enjoyable holiday in all respects.

Good location. Right in the centre of makarska, restaurants and bars near by. Room quiet. Free parking for the car. Staff friendly and very helpful.

No elevator. If you have a lot of luggage or older people travelling with you, it can be a problem. You have to take the luggage to the room by yourself, probably because there is only one staff at the time and he has to stay at the reception. Best beaches are not very close to the hotel.

Location unbeatable and food in restaurant excellent

The hotel staff was perfect! They trying to help you any time! The location of hotel is very close to beach, different bars and restaurants, old city, main bus station. It was very easy to find what ever you want! WiFi is free of charge but not so fast)))

Fresh ant very tasty food, good staff,clean and air conditioned rooms and bathroom, very good location close to the beach, shops, restaurants etc..

Great location. Good size and clean room. Decent breakfast. Overall pleasant stay and value for money.

No internet access in room although promised upon booking.

The hotel's location is perfect as it is right on the seafront and very close to lots of restaurants and the beach and piers. The cleaning service is great and the cleaner's were very nice and dilligent. Breakfast was nice, providing a reasonably good range of food. The staff were very helpful in helping us with our cases up to our room on the second floor because there was no lift. Good price however for a hotel room. The food in the restaurant was good also, especially compared to other restaurants in the area.

Some of the staff were rude at times, but others on the other hand were helpful in providing us information about excursions etc. in Makarska. If the staff had not been as helpful, having no lift would have been a problem. It is an old-fashioned style hotel but overall good for a budget stay.

The location is excellent.

The receptionstaff did not even welcome us when we arrived. We complained about the ac (which worked more like a fan with no coolingeffect). We also complained about the tv which worked with one channel only. Nothing was done. We complained again and nothing was done!!!

Location is great - right on the front in the old town quayside. Breakfast is good with a good selection.

The night reception guy refused to give us an extra key to the room (as we were going to return at different times) and only reluctantly agreed to let one of us into the room with his spare key when we arrived back(so as not to have to wake up the other to get in). Not what one would expect of a good class hotel - the other staff were all great and helpful though!

Excellant location just metres away from the promenade & its shops & restaurants. Had a very spacious room with balcony overlooking the promenade, watching the activity with boats coming & going. Breakfast was excellent & good choice. Only negative was no lift. We were on the 3rd floor & plenty of steps to get up & down (especially with our luggage). On a positive note, it certainly helped with our fitness. Don't know how the very elderly would cope with all the stairs. Overall this hotel was excellent value, well serviced, spotlessly clean & in a excellant location. We would definately stay there again if we return to Makarska. What a great town to holiday in & relax.

No me cobraron el parking, esta situado frante al pequeÑo puerto,habitacion amplia y no se escucha ruido.

Tienen dos cafeteria,una la del desayuno incluido y otra que no, nos metimos por error en el que no estaba incluido y nadie nos oriento,lo tuvimos que pagar.no tiene ascensor.

Ljubazno osoblje u hotelu.

Internet veza jako losa. Osoblje restorana nepristupacno - izdaju racun 15 minuta.
