Hotel Biser  

The staff were very welcoming and friendly during our stay at the hotel. They helped us out of a lot of trouble encountered on our holiday. We owe the smoothness of our stay to the friendly hotel staff. The service was excellent, and I didn't feel I couldn't ask for anything, they provide excellent accomodation.

Although the location is convenient to a family style holiday. If you are young and want to be around the party scene of Zrche beach, then stay somewhere closer to the beach!!! like Novalja. Hotel Biser is approx 15km from Zrche. We hired a car for 2800 kuni for 3 days, between 4 people it was cheaper than buying a taxi for all the trips to Zrche and other parts of the island. If you are staying at hotel Biser, the city of Pag has excellent nightlife as well, and is also a lot cheaper than Zrche.....The croatian women are stunning as well, so there's no shortage in Pag nightclubs. Hotel Biser is an affordable, last minute alternative if you miss out on accomodation in Novalja.

Dobra lokacija, prijazno osebje

Hotel je sicer urejen, ampak se zdi, da se je čas ustavil in to približno 20 let nazaj, potreben je popolne prenove glede dizajna, notranja oprema prostorov je kot bi pišel v gozdarsko kočo, ne v obmorski hotel. Hrana okusna a slabo prezentirana in aranžirana. Z ne ogromnim vložkom bi lahko hotelu dali novo lepo obleko, ki bi precej pripomogla k prezentaciji hotela. Kot oblikovalka bi imela v njem veliko dela in idej.

Dieses Hotel ist total gegem Kinder der Hotelchef ist bereits genervt wenn kleine Kinder nur etwas spielen. nach 24 uhr darf mann sich nicht mal mehr vor dem Hotel unterhlaten dar sich dann der hotelchef beschwert es stört seine gäste .

L'hotel è pulito, e questa è la cosa fondamentale! La posizione è buona, una scaletta porta direttamente sulla spiaggia ke nn è granchè ma se ci si accontenta..mentre dal paese è un pochino distante,ma x chi ha voglia di camminare va ancora bene..

Il personale è cortese, anche se l'italiano lo parlano pochi e a stento..il cibo è mangiabile..certo nn paragonabile alla cucina italiana ma nn fa schifo..si può scegliere un piatto di carne o di pesce che sarà accompagnato da un'antipasto o da un piatto di pasta e da frutta o dolce..

L'unico cosa positiva è la posizione sul mare, ma la piccola spiaggia è affollatissima

"Vista parco"??.. Parola molto grossa; la camera e il bagno sono adatti al turismo di 40 anni fa...

Mir hat gar nichts gefallen.

Für Leute die ohne Auto anreisen nicht geeignet-die Rezepeptionsmitarbeiterin hat mich diesbezüglich nicht richtig informiert;es gibt keine Busse die den Hügel runterfahren!!!Die Verbindungen nach Novalja sind schlecht,2.5km zur nächsten Bushaltestelle. Kaffee und Juice beim Frühstück sind grauslich. Im Kopfkissenbezug waren Löcher und es gab kaum Fernsehkanäle.Auch keine Minibar und kein Meerblick vom Zimmer bzw,nur Viertelblick über das Dach.:-(

Evitatelo!! Scortesi maleducati sporco incompetenti. Al momento del pagamento pretendevano solo contanti!!! Maleducatissimi e nessuna pulizia della camera

Assolutamente da evitare

Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedése, a tengerre néző szobákból jó a kilátás.

Nincs hűtőszekrény a szobában, szerintem ez már alap. Nem tetszett a zsúfolt állattrófea tömeg a folyosón. Kicsit lassú a reggeli felszolgálása.

Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, traumhafte Lage direkt am Strand, außergewöhnlich nette Besitzer, sehr saubere Zimmer und Gasträume.

Il feedback è estremamentenegativo, albergo poco pulito con teste di animali imbalsamati dappertutto, tant' è che mia figlia chiudeva gli occhi dalla paura nell' andare alla camera, la la descrizione dell' hotel nelle vostre recensioni di fine luglio non era veritiera perchè non è un hotel da punteggio 6.1 cioè carino!!!!! Inoltre, carissimo per il pessimo servizio offerto....
