Bluesun Hotel Elaphusa

Excellent hotel facilities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pool, very close to the famous Bol beach.

Hidden charge: there was a fridge in our room inside which were few drinks; water and wine. I assumed they were included in our room since there was no sign of extra charge. You see free drinks in some hotels and I assumed it was like them. At the end, I was asked to pay for the drinks I had from that "mini bar" in our room! Finally I paid extra 85 Kuna.

Good location close to the sea, many tennis courts, friendly staff.

The standard double room is a bit small.

I enjoyed staying at Hotel Elaphusa. In fact, this was one of those vacations where I just wasn't ready to return home. I appreciated the affordability of the hotel. I thought the rates I found through booking.com were very fair considering that this hotel has a lot of amenities. We were very close to the beach and not far from Zlahtni Rat Beach. My husband really enjoyed the hotel gym, saying there was quality equiptment to use. I enjoyed the spa, indulging in a pedicure and a massage. We also used the Kids Club to have some time alone during our stay. The staff is great with kids and my daughter loved it. I wish the kids program was longer than 1 and a half hours, but it is free of charge. Best of all, we really enjoyed the hotel dinner. The buffet was really big with a huge variety to chose from. We knew that breakfast was included in the price of our stay, but we were not charged for dinner either. Breakfast is decent, but not as elaborate as dinner. Overall, I feel like our family really enjoyed this hotel stay and we would most definetly stay here again.

We didn't like the way the air conditioning in our room worked. You had to have the sliding balcony door closed in just the right way or the air conditioning would switch off. I can't tell you how many times my husband got up and had to try and fix it. He was very frustrated by it. The beds were the typical two doubles pushed together. I'm not sure if they had wheels or if they just slid on the floor, but they kept sliding apart, making it difficult to snuggle. I also felt like the staff at the front desk was a bit rude during check-in and check-out. Perhaps it was the language barrier.

Extraordinaria relacion calidad precio, fenomenal situacion al lado de la playa mas famosa de Dalmacia (Zlatni Rat) en un entorno precioso, instalaciones y modernidad del hotel.

Coincido con comentarios de otros usuarios al decir que los recepcionistas eran algo secos, pero en todo momento correctos

Für Kroatien ein ungewöhnlich gutes Hotel. Modern, gutes Design, alle erforderlichen Einreichtungen inkl. Pool, Restaurant, Bars etc.Gute Lage in Nähe des kleinen Ortes Bol.

Design und Einrichtung, Möglichkeiten, die das Hotel bietet

Poolbereich zu klein im Verhältnis zu Anzahl Gästen, Speisesaal ist riesig und nicht unterteilt, Portier unfreundlich

L'hotel è davvero molto bello anche se le camere non sono al pari del resto della struttura. La colazione è abbondante mentre la cena lascia un pò a desiderare. Ci ha colpito il fatto che non ci siano controlli all'entrata del ristorante e che chiunque possa accedervi anche senza aver la mp. La Spa è molto bella ed il prezzo è modico (circa 13 euro per 3 hh). Si trova a 10 min a piedi dalla famosa spiaggia di Zlatni Rat ed ad altri 15 min a piedi dal centro di Bol. Ha anche una bella piscina esterna con asciugamani gratuiti da prendere a bordo vasca.

Il personale della reception non troppo cortese, cena scadente.

För varmt i gymmet. Personalen inte alltid serviceinriktad. Fick t ex säga till 3ggr de två första dagarna att säkerhetsboxen ej fungerade på vårt rum innan de åtgärdade detta.

Das Zimmer war gross und komfortabel

Beim Fruehstueck musste man anstehen.

Bardzo ładny i nowoczesny hotel.Widać dbałość o szczegóły wystroju. Doskonała lokalizacja , w połowie drogi pomiędzy miasteczkiem Bol i słynną plażą Zlaty Rat.Dobre miejsce na odpoczynek i uprawianie sportów : tenis,windsurfing,nurkowanie,żeglowanie itp. Dobry punkt wypadowy na zwiadzanie Dalmacji, szczególnie sąsiednich wysp.

Fatalny zespół animacyjny. Wodny aerobik w ich wykonaniu to rozpacz i śmiech. Poza tym nie robili żadnych aktywności.W hotelu jest piękna dyskoteka, i tylko jest bo nic się tam nie dzieje. Podejrzewam iż zarządzający tym hotelem nie przykłada do tego należytej wagi. Rezerwowałem hotel w ostatnim momencie. W innych hotelach nie było już miejsc natomiast tutaj było wolne pół hotelu.Przypuszczam iż to może być ten powód
