Fint rum. Bra att gym med OK utrustning fanns jmfr med många andra hotell. För varmt i gymmet. Personalen inte alltid serviceinriktad. Fick t ex säga till 3ggr de två första dagarna att säkerhetsboxen ej fungerade på vårt rum innan de åtgärdade detta. |

Excellent hotel facilities such as indoor and outdoor swimming pool, very close to the famous Bol beach. Hidden charge: there was a fridge in our room inside which were few drinks; water and wine. I assumed they were included in our room since there was no sign of extra charge. You see free drinks in some hotels and I assumed it was like them. At the end, I was asked to pay for the drinks I had from that "mini bar" in our room! Finally I paid extra 85 Kuna. |

absolutely loved the layout of the hotel and its location. Loved the bowling. The staff were very rude. I kindly asked for some cutlery to be brought up to my room but was rudely told to come down to reception to get it myself. Then had it delivered to my room anyway. When checking out I asked for the total cost of room instead of a break down and was rudely spoken to very unprofessional. Staff definately need more training on customer service because its a great hotel in a fabulous location. Thank you. |

Location was perfect, an easy walk in to the town for dinner and a few minutes to walk to the main pebble beach. Rooms were fairly basic and had no character but they were clean which I find very important when travelling. Buffet breakfast choice was extensive. The Wellness Spa is lovely - I highly recommend booking a facial for your final day! The staff upon check-in were rude and not very friendly. One particular staff member had a very arrogant manner and made us feel that we were personally putting her out by requesting to check-in and it was all too much effort. A friendly smile throughout our exchange wouldn't have gone astray, its like they forgot that without us, paying customers, they would be out of work! |

I enjoyed staying at Hotel Elaphusa. In fact, this was one of those vacations where I just wasn't ready to return home. I appreciated the affordability of the hotel. I thought the rates I found through booking.com were very fair considering that this hotel has a lot of amenities. We were very close to the beach and not far from Zlahtni Rat Beach. My husband really enjoyed the hotel gym, saying there was quality equiptment to use. I enjoyed the spa, indulging in a pedicure and a massage. We also used the Kids Club to have some time alone during our stay. The staff is great with kids and my daughter loved it. I wish the kids program was longer than 1 and a half hours, but it is free of charge. Best of all, we really enjoyed the hotel dinner. The buffet was really big with a huge variety to chose from. We knew that breakfast was included in the price of our stay, but we were not charged for dinner either. Breakfast is decent, but not as elaborate as dinner. Overall, I feel like our family really enjoyed this hotel stay and we would most definetly stay here again. We didn't like the way the air conditioning in our room worked. You had to have the sliding balcony door closed in just the right way or the air conditioning would switch off. I can't tell you how many times my husband got up and had to try and fix it. He was very frustrated by it. The beds were the typical two doubles pushed together. I'm not sure if they had wheels or if they just slid on the floor, but they kept sliding apart, making it difficult to snuggle. I also felt like the staff at the front desk was a bit rude during check-in and check-out. Perhaps it was the language barrier. |

I loved the gymnasium and spa facilities. The bowling alley with the pool tables was good entertainment for the evening and the nightclub although quite was nice to have on your doorstep particularly as you could not hear the music even fromt he lobby. Situated just on the promanade made it quite romantic and also gave me a great place to do some running without looking too hard for suitable area. The beds were extremely comfortable and large and it was fantastic that we could defer the room cleaning until later in the day so we could relax and not have to rush out of our room As i pesonally like to run before breakfast i would love it if the hotel breakfast ran until eleven in the morning to allow me to do this and eat afterwards, but no problem. I would also like the wifi in the bedrooms to give me privacy to skype |

Extraordinaria relacion calidad precio, fenomenal situacion al lado de la playa mas famosa de Dalmacia (Zlatni Rat) en un entorno precioso, instalaciones y modernidad del hotel. Coincido con comentarios de otros usuarios al decir que los recepcionistas eran algo secos, pero en todo momento correctos |

Für Kroatien ein ungewöhnlich gutes Hotel. Modern, gutes Design, alle erforderlichen Einreichtungen inkl. Pool, Restaurant, Bars etc.Gute Lage in Nähe des kleinen Ortes Bol. |

Design und Einrichtung, Möglichkeiten, die das Hotel bietet Poolbereich zu klein im Verhältnis zu Anzahl Gästen, Speisesaal ist riesig und nicht unterteilt, Portier unfreundlich |

Maden var rigelig og skøn, hotellets beliggenhed vidunderlig og udformning var flot og luksuriøs. Virkelig smukt og velholdt hotel. Lidt gladere hotelservice... flere smil... og så glemte man morgenvækningen så vi kun med nød og næppe nåede vores færge og dermed også kun svært vores fly. Man kunne overveje at udskifte twin beds med dobbeltsenge ... ellers var komfort i top. Der er også en del trapper hvis man har baby med eller er handicappet... der er en handicap elevator men paradoksalt nok kræver den at man får fat i en nøgle... og ja, det kan man jo ikke lige selv! |

L'hotel è davvero molto bello anche se le camere non sono al pari del resto della struttura. La colazione è abbondante mentre la cena lascia un pò a desiderare. Ci ha colpito il fatto che non ci siano controlli all'entrata del ristorante e che chiunque possa accedervi anche senza aver la mp. La Spa è molto bella ed il prezzo è modico (circa 13 euro per 3 hh). Si trova a 10 min a piedi dalla famosa spiaggia di Zlatni Rat ed ad altri 15 min a piedi dal centro di Bol. Ha anche una bella piscina esterna con asciugamani gratuiti da prendere a bordo vasca. Il personale della reception non troppo cortese, cena scadente. |

понравился ресторан, изыссканная кухня, в принципе все очень неплохо плохо организован досуг для молодежи. Ночной клуб в отеле прекрасный, но там никогда не было дискотеки |

Hotelli, sen tarjoamat palvelut ja hotellin sijainti olivat kokonaisuudessaan erinomaiset. Hotellin henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja palvelualtista. Hotellin käytävä oli melko huonosti ilmastoitu ja todella kuuma. Myös huoneen ilmastointi hieman tehoton, joten huoneessa oli melko lämmin koko ajan. Lisäksi pesuhuoneessa suihkuseinä valutti vettä lattialle, mistä johtuen kylpyhuoneen ovi oli kastunut ja vesi tulvi lattialla. Kylpyhuoneen lavuaarin vesihana vuoti vettä lattialle myös aina sitä käytettäessä. |

Bardzo ładny i nowoczesny hotel.Widać dbałość o szczegóły wystroju. Doskonała lokalizacja , w połowie drogi pomiędzy miasteczkiem Bol i słynną plażą Zlaty Rat.Dobre miejsce na odpoczynek i uprawianie sportów : tenis,windsurfing,nurkowanie,żeglowanie itp. Dobry punkt wypadowy na zwiadzanie Dalmacji, szczególnie sąsiednich wysp. Fatalny zespół animacyjny. Wodny aerobik w ich wykonaniu to rozpacz i śmiech. Poza tym nie robili żadnych aktywności.W hotelu jest piękna dyskoteka, i tylko jest bo nic się tam nie dzieje. Podejrzewam iż zarządzający tym hotelem nie przykłada do tego należytej wagi. Rezerwowałem hotel w ostatnim momencie. W innych hotelach nie było już miejsc natomiast tutaj było wolne pół hotelu.Przypuszczam iż to może być ten powód |
