You didn't receive my booking for my children. I therefore had to move to a different room in the Alga. This also happened to a friend of mine. Luckily our new room was nice so i had no problem but you need to sort out your booking system.

Соотношение цена - качество, близость пляжа. Шум от кафе и ресторанов на побережье. Проблемно сушить пляжные полотенца и вещи.

La posizione dell'hotel sulla spiaggia, l'ottima colazione, la struttura ottocentesca dell'hotel. L'albergo non dispone di barriere architettoniche, camere piccole.

lokalizacja - 20 kroków od plaży - dosłownie! Bardzo miła i kompetentna obsługa, trochę gorzej room serwis. Ciekawsza część w budynku Kastelet. cena trochę wygórowana... hotel lata świetności ma już za sobą...

Non pensavo che per la cifra spesa si potesse avere dei servizi così. Ospitalità e disponibilità al primo posto. Ristorante ottimo con prezzi buoni. Posizione sul mare invidiabile. Le pulizie erano buone con cambio biancheria costante. Non posso che dire: una vacanza più che soddisfacente. La moquette delle camere da cambiare.

l environnement , l'emplacement et le calme de l'annexe "kastelet hotel"" petite structure un peu rétro , bonne literie Personnel ne parlant pas français mais très sympathique le ménage des chambres est fait succintement sur un séjour d'une semaine pas de passage aspirateur et malgré notre remarque nous avons dû nettoyer une tâche présente sur un guéridon à notre arrivée laissée en l'état pendant 3 jours.... Pas de vue sur parc comme demandé chambre rez de chaussée, vue sur un escalier......

Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels bzw. Ferienanlagen in Kroatien (wir waren da schon in einigen) sind die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht um Ihre Gäste. Wir haben zB. ein Zimmer ohne Merrblick gebucht aber - weil eines frei war - unaufgeforterd eines mit Merrblick bekommen (ist mir bisher noch nie passiert). Wir haben eine Suite mit Wohnzimmer mit Zusatzbetten/Schlafmöglichkeit für 2 Personen und einem getrennten Schlafzimmer gebucht. Leider war das Wohnzimmer das Schlafzimmer (mit Doppelbett) und im Abstellraum waren die Zusatzbetten. Vorsicht bei den Zimmern mit Meerblick, die haben allesamt keinen Balkon und sehr kleine Fenster (= ehem. Kastell). Das ist den Aufpreis nicht wert. Das Hotel kann man weiterempfehlen (auch wegen dem zugehörigen Hotel Alga), die Suite für 4 Personen nicht.
