Bad äußerst oberflächlich geputzt. Zwei der Kissen waren eine echte Zumutung, ich glaube kaum, dass diese jemals gewaschen wurden. Hab beim (reichhaltigen) Frühstücksbüffet einen Toaster vermisst. |

Hotelzimmer könnte ein wenig Farbe gebrauchen; Wellnessbereich hat nur von 8-21 Uhr geöffnet! -> wer geht bei gutem Wetter vor 22 Uhr in die Sauna? |

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Der Herr an der Reception war nicht besonders freundlich und hilfreichend. Das Zimmer war als rauchfrei gebucht, hat jedoch stark nach Rauch gerochen! |

Ich fand die Zimmer recht anspruchsvoll eingerichtet und der Wellnessbereich lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war zwar gross, aber es liesse sich sicher noch verbessern, auch das Personal beim Buffet sollte besser geschult werden. |

Nice bedrooms. Concierges were very good and helpful. Facilities were also very good. Service in the restaurant was disappointing. We received a wrong main course and a wrong dessert. One of my companions had to eat her main course when we had finished ours! |

The hotel is in the centre of the city, that's very convenient; the staff is very friendly and helpful; breakfast hours are great and the variety of food was beyond expectations - well done! Only the way to get there might be a little confusing with all the oneway streets... |

Location of Hotel are next to main pedestrian street. Interior are nice and fresh. You should keep windows shut, noise on street are all night. |

Convenient location for city centre - if you are visiting on business I'm sure this is a very good location This is not a complaint about the hotel - if you are looking for an attractive location to visit the coastal area in this part of Istria then look further north - not far from Rijeka and away from the heavy inductry are some lovely hotels on the coast by Opatija. |

very good location, close to the harbour, near the commercial and pietonale zone.No noyse in the hotel or the room.The staff realy respects the customers. No jacuzzi, old bathroom.At breakfast the waiters speak louder that the customers in the dinning room! |

The hotel is very well located in the middle of the city centre. Our room had a marvelous view over the seaside of Rijeka, and a huge balcony. Very nice indeed! The receptionist could be nicer |
