En pleno centro de Rijeka, excelente ubicación. Mucha profesionalidad en todos sus empleados. Especial mención al comedor, excelente cocina y increible atención personal del camarero recordando el mejor estilo inglés en cortesía y maneras. Estupendos y variados desayunos. Desde nuestra habitación, de la planta 7ª, la vista de la Ciudad era increible, el puerto y el mar en el horizonte y abajo los tejados del resto de los edificios de los que sobresalían los más altos y elegantes. Doble televisión de alta definición de 30" cada una. Estilo lujoso tradicional en la habitación. Parking privado en la misma puerta. Servicio de equipajes para llevarte las maletas que no te dejan hacer nada por tu cuenta. Excelente en todo. Por decir algo, tal vez el baño, es un poco reducido de tamaño en comparación con el resto de la habitación, aunque está muy bien dotado. |

Nice bedrooms. Concierges were very good and helpful. Facilities were also very good. Service in the restaurant was disappointing. We received a wrong main course and a wrong dessert. One of my companions had to eat her main course when we had finished ours! |

The hotel is in the centre of the city, that's very convenient; the staff is very friendly and helpful; breakfast hours are great and the variety of food was beyond expectations - well done! Only the way to get there might be a little confusing with all the oneway streets... |

Location of Hotel are next to main pedestrian street. Interior are nice and fresh. You should keep windows shut, noise on street are all night. |

Convenient location for city centre - if you are visiting on business I'm sure this is a very good location This is not a complaint about the hotel - if you are looking for an attractive location to visit the coastal area in this part of Istria then look further north - not far from Rijeka and away from the heavy inductry are some lovely hotels on the coast by Opatija. |

very good location, close to the harbour, near the commercial and pietonale zone.No noyse in the hotel or the room.The staff realy respects the customers. No jacuzzi, old bathroom.At breakfast the waiters speak louder that the customers in the dinning room! |

The hotel is very well located in the middle of the city centre. Our room had a marvelous view over the seaside of Rijeka, and a huge balcony. Very nice indeed! The receptionist could be nicer |

Bonavia is located 5 minutes walk from the port in Rijeka and 2 minutes from a car-free promenade lined by boutique stores and outside restaurants. The hotel spa has a very efficient massage terapist and couple of saunas. If you have a car a gps would be very helpful due to the convoluted narrow streets of Rijeka. |
