Boutique & Beach Hotel Villa Wolff opened in 2003 and enjoys one of Dubrovnik's most beautiful locations, the Uvala-Lapad Bay. The 3 suites and 3 double rooms are bright and have unique incomparable flair of high quality. The hotel is located 10 metres from the beach and is surrounded by an exotic, Mediterranean park with palm trees, deck chairs and sunshades. Its famous Seafood Restaurant invites you on its panorama terrace to various seafood meals combined with unforgettable sunsets.

The Villa Wolff Breakfast - experience on our beautiful terrace is particulary close to our heart. Time to chat, plan the day in relaxed manner and allow yourself to be tempted by the delicies of the inviting buffet or just order some delicies from our well sorted breakfast menue card.
Our longstanding colleagues will look after you caringly, while you glance at the wonderful panorama of the sea and our wonderful mediterranean garden.

For special events enjoy in our Champagne breakfast with caviar and salmon. A pleasant day begins with a special breakfast.

Room information

All bedrooms are delightfully and stylishly furnished and provide a real Mediterranean experience.

Double Rooms "Neptun" and "Zeus" offer a view on the beach and the poolside of a neighbouring hotel. The Double Room "Aphrodite" and Junior Suite "Parnassos" have sea and garden views. The remaining suites offer views of the sea.

Important: only rooms with sea or garden views are quiet. The remaining rooms can be a bit noisy at night due to the live music played on the hotel terrace until 23:00. Please note that the steps at the entrance to the hotel may constitute a problem for disabled guests.

The service at the Boutique & Beach Hotel Villa Wolff was terrific and the people couldn't have been nicer or more helpfull. The hotel itself was small, clean, conveniently located, had a beautiful view and very peaceful. I would stay there again.

The service was fantastic: we were well cared for and guided. Teh hotel staff were very professional and patient.

A climb of 60 steps was steep for some members of our party. The website did not make this explicit.

The situation of the hotel is excellent and the staff really go out of their way to be helpful and friendly

Did not like is too strong.....there are a lot of steps up to the front door ( 56 ! )

die gute lage in strandnähe, keine strasse, wenig zimmer, wenige menschen, alleine beim frünstück, frühstück rund um die uhr!!!, das gemütliche restaurant mit wirklich guter küche, die terasse mit meerblick- ruhig gelegen auf der man spät abends fast immer alleine sein kann, freundlicher service rund um die uhr
