Good location with friendly helpful staff.Easy access to beach and bars and restaurants. Good transport links to nearby town.The hotel and rooms were spotless and the breakfasts plentiful of good quality. No warning that I recall of the sixty steps to go up and down each day to reach the hotel entrance.

Personal sehr freundlich. Blick von allgemeiner Terrasse sehr schön. Kleines Zimmer, meiner Meinung nach nicht 4* Standard. Blick ging hauptsächlich auf das Hotel nebenan. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Ich habe zum gleichen Tagespreis auch einige Tage im Dubrovnik Palace gewohnt. Öffentlicher Strand (kleine Kiesel - im Wasser teilweise Sand) ca. 100 m entfernt und sehr voll. Hotel nicht ideal für Gäste, die großen Wert auf Baden legen.

La gentillesse du personnel. Pour trouver l’hôtel qui se trouve sur la promenade ça n'est pas simple, il faut garer la voiture a au moins 300m puis monter 60 marches avec les valises sans que personne ne vous aide.Il n'y a bien sure pas d'ascenseur. Arrivé dans la chambre plusieurs soucis pour un 4 étoiles.... moquette au sol relativement sale 1 toile d’araignée au plafond de la chambre et la salle de bains sans aucunes commodités: une tache de moisissure au plafond, aucune place pour poser vos affaires de toilette 1 porte de douche qui se ferme très très mal et malgré le fait qu'on est demandé a ce qu'elle soit réparée rien a été réellement fait. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié. Bref je cherche encore les 4 étoiles...

El personal que nos atendio muy amable. Buena ubicación cerca de la "playa" y parada de bus para visitar centro ciudad (15 min/bus). Hay restaurantes y cafeterias próximas al hotel. Vistas muy bonitas al mar desde la terraza donde ofrecen desayuno. Parking "concertado", pagas en efectivo en hotel, no es gratis pero al menos te olvidas de estar echando monedas y controlando la hora... Hotel de dificil acceso al estar en una calle peatonal por lo que debes dejar el coche a cierta distancia y llevar el equipaje a mano además el hotel no tiene ascensor... La escalera de acceso se hace interminable si vas con equipaje pesado. Desayuno poca variedad. Nuestra habitación doble era muy pequeña lo que dificultaba tener maletas abiertas

Die Lage ist einzigartig schön, direkt am Meer gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Die Suite war groß genug und mit Balkon (Sicht aufs Meer). Das Service des Hotel und des Restaurants könnte freundlicher und professioneller sein. Ein Ersuchen nach Organisation einer Schiffsreise blieb unbeantwortet, der Rezeptionist ging ganz einfach in den Feierabend.
