Flair of the Austro Hungarian Empire is to be noticed on the facade of the building. Nice location next to the city of Rijeka , and still far enough from it. Limited or no parking area that belongs to the hotel , so one has to go to the Garage ( ca 10 min walk ). - that costs 12 Eur per night ! |

Excellent location. Very nice and confortable room. Nice view of the ocean. Quiet area. Nice spa. Excellent breakfast included. Very nice old hotel that has been renovated perfectly without compromising the old flavor. We loved the balcony with the view of the ocean. |

The hotel architecture was quite lovely. It was clearly a very old hotel yet the interior has been modernized very well. The air quality triggered an asthma attack for me so I wonder if the filters on the A/C system are being changed regularly enough. |

Located outside the expensive area of Dubrovnik old town and easy the get in by local bus. A quite area and comfortable room. Arranged a pick up by the hotel from the airport, which was very useful and priced competitively. |

A beautiful buiding updated and refurbished to a good standard, in an attrictive part of the town. Direct bus link to Trieste. Excellent breatkfast. Lack of English language tv stations |

the food was great- we took halfboard for an extra 13 Euros / person, the room was very spacious, clean and well furnished, the design of the entire hotel was luxurious, location was good. parking was not available on spot. we parked our car at a few hundred metres away from the hotel. |

We got upgraded to a junior suite which may bias us on the value front. The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. The room was spacious and comfortable, the hotel has character and is well maintained. We didn't take advantage of the wellness centre. Opatia is a noisy place but on the top floor we weren't much disturbed. It probably helps that it is a short walk from the noisy bars. |

the wellness is lovely, the staff is kind, the hotel has an old-school charm every breakfast they ask "how are you feel today", but noone cares the answer, the food is not bad, but every day the same |

A wondeful completely renovated hotel very close to the sea side. You can still feel the charm of the old Austrian Empire. Everything was perfect and we can only recommend this hotel. |

All the hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a bath tub as well as a shower. Parking was limited and was located a few minutes walk from the hotel. |

Hotel location, facilities, and guestroom were all excellent. The best feature of the Bristol is the staff, all of whom were well informed and extremely eager to assist in any way. It was a great value for the high level of hotel amenities and services provided. |

The breakfast was by far the best in Europe. The double bed consisted of two single beds pushed together, resulting in one person always falling in between. Not great for romance. |

Easy access to the park and waterfront Terrible parking. We were prevented from parking in their tiny lot; they gave preference to a wedding party. Advised to park 1/2 mile away, or "at the waterfront" where parking was next to impossible. |

The staff were all exceptional, the room was clean and had all amenities, and I was amazed at the excellent value for money. Breakfast was also exceptional, and I liked the free internet. Did not use the spa facilities but they did look well maintained. |

a good hotel generally speaking, well located and clean charge of parking has not been mentioned a general problem in hotels is that the espresso in the morning is not included in the breakfast but charged on side (in Bristol the same is for sparkling water) |

Hotel Kristal ligger i hjertet av Opatija. Det ligger ved stranden, og det er nesten så det dukker frem fra brenningene. Hotellet vender ut mot havet, og har vakker panoramautsikt over Kvarnerbukten. |
